On December 27, 2019, Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma had welcomed their princess, Ayat Sharma and since then, the Khan-Sharma clan in on cloud nine. With Aayush sharing the first-ever pictures of his baby girl, we couldn’t help but drool over her tiny features and beautiful smile. Aayush had captioned them as “Welcome to this beautiful world Ayat. You’ve brought a lot of happiness into our lives. May you touch everyone’s life with a lot of love and joy.” And Arpita had written, “Welcome to our world Ayat.” Here's one from the lot:
While we adored the family portrait of Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma with their little bundle of joys, Ahil Sharma and Ayat Sharma, we hoped to get to see a picture of elated mamu, Salman Khan, who now shares his birth date with the newborn angel. Looks like our prayers have been answered as Arpita shared not just one but two super-adorable pictures of Salman and Ayat. As Salman cuddled his newborn niece in his arms, nani Salma Khan couldn’t stop adoring her granddaughter.
Arpita Khan Sharma penned down a beautiful note for her mother, Salma Khan and brother, Salman Khan, for being there for her and shared that they are the reason why nothing in this world scared her. Arpita wrote, “There’s nothing in this world that scared me & the only reason was I knew I had you by my side & you would never let anything happen to me. Now ayat has been blessed with the same security. These hands are god sent. To welcome Ayat in their world, proud mamu, Salman Khan had tweeted, “Welcome to this beautiful world Ayat. Thank u Arpita n Ayush for the best birthday gift for the whole family. May everyone who reads this bless her n may she grow up n make everyone proud. Thank u for all the love n respect. You all have been very kind, thank u thank u thank u!”
In an interview with the Hindustan Times a few days back, why welcoming Ayat Sharma in this world on Salman Khan’s birthday meant special for the family, Aayush had revealed, "The due date was last week of December or first week of January. When we told this to everyone, Bhai (as Salman is lovingly called) was excited and said ‘give me a gift’. So, it was a conscious decision to bring Ayat into this world on that day. It is a very good omen to have her on Bhai’s birthday... Also, it saves me from giving multiple parties! Arpita has a habit of throwing lavish parties, so I was anyway thinking how much I’ve got to earn to celebrate hers, mine, Ahil’s (three-year-old son) and Ayat’s birthdays. Now, we all can go to the farmhouse, where on one side, we can celebrate Bhai’s birthday and the other side can be booked for the kid’s party.”
Salman Khan shares playful camaraderie with his nephew, Ahil Sharma and the little one’s star parents, Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan Sharma make sure to treat their fans with glimpses of their fun time. One such instance had a one-of-a-kind fun playdate video of Ahil, where the munchkin had enjoyed his first-ever canvas painting session with Salman. He was seen all smeared-up in paint as Salman teaches him more fun measures! Also, a glimpse of Ahil slipping in the canvas and falling down in paint, will make you go all ‘awww’!
