Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla are considered to be one of the much-loved couples in the television industry. The duo got hitched on June 21, 2018, after dating for four years. The much-in-love couple has been painting the town red with their mushy bonding for a long time. However, for some time, Rubina and Abhinav's fans have been speculating that the duo will soon hop onto parenthood, as they pointed out the diva's baby bump in a recent video. Amid all these rumours hitting the headlines, Rubina finally reacted to the same.
In a recent interview with the Hindustan Times, Rubina Dilaik was asked about the ongoing rumours about her pregnancy. To this, the actress revealed that as a public figure, she is aware that these speculations and rumours keep happening, and she can't do much about it. Sharing that she doesn't get bothered very easily, Rubina stated:
"As a public figure, I am aware that rumours and speculations keep happening. I know that I can’t do much about it so I don’t bother myself with these things.”

Further going in the interview, Rubina Dilaik, who is all set to make her debut in the Punjabi industry, revealed that no rumours affect her. The actress mentioned that they have exposed their lives as public figures, and it's okay if rumours and speculations are going on, be it about her personal or professional life. Saying that she will let people assume and guessing, Rubina stated:
"No rumour affects me, whether it is work or my personal life. We have exposed our lives as public figures for people to have their discretion, so it is absolutely okay. I continue doing my work and I let people keep guessing and assuming."
In the same interview, Rubina opened up about her birthday plan this year. The actress shared that she is in Los Angeles right now, and she came up with no plans. Rubina also mentioned that she is back in the US after nine years, so she will celebrate her birthday there only. Rubina can be quoted as saying:
"I am in Los Angeles and this was my long due vacation that I wanted to have. I am back in the US after almost nine years. I came with no plan and a simple, light suitcase. I just wanted to wake up every day, have breakfast, and then decide what I wanted to do. So, birthday is going to be here only."
It was on July 23, 2023, when Rubina Dilaik took to her IG handle and dropped a reel that featured two short videos of Rubina's glam look in two pretty dresses. The reel, which marked Rubina's comeback on social media after a long time, showed the actress looking glamorous in a black-coloured flowy dress and a multi-coloured outfit. There's no denying the fact that Rubina raised the glam quotient with her oh-so-gorgeous looks. However, it was the eagle-eyed netizens who pointed out the actress' baby bump. Soon after the video was posted, they rushed to the comment section to speculate about Rubina's pregnancy.

Soon after Rubina's transition video sparked her pregnancy rumours, her husband, Abhinav opened up about the same. In an interview with the Bombay Times, Abhinav shared that these all are only rumours. Abhinav further added that during that time, he was travelling and had no idea about the same. Abhinav also highlighted his willingness to let the netizens speculate all that they want.
