For those unaware, reports online reveal that the Weekend Ka Vaar shoot was held on Friday, September 18, 2026, a day before its television broadcast. This means that one of the contestants has already been evicted from the show.
Rohed Khan has been evicted from the Salman Khan-hosted show
Rohed Khan has reportedly exited Bigg Boss 20 after securing the least number of votes in the latest eviction process. Rohed was one of the nominated contestants alongside ScoutOP and Asif. Along with the other two nominees, Rohed had already lost one of his two lifelines before the final voting outcome.
To recap, in the earlier episode, Gullu, Mahhi Vij, and Kanika Mann, the contenders for the captaincy task, had made their way to the 2X Room. There, each of them was asked by 'Bigg Boss' to choose a contestant from whom they would like to take a lifeline. While Gullu and Mahhi Vij chose ScoutOP and Asif respectively, it was Kanika Mann who chose Rohed Khan. This led the trio to lose one of their two lifelines.
After the voting process concluded, Rohed emerged as the one with the fewest votes among the nominated contestants. As this led him to lose his second lifeline, he got eliminated from Bigg Boss 20. Rohed’s eviction makes him the first contestant to leave the show. Now, only 15 contestants remain in the Bigg Boss 20 house.
Fans slam Bigg Boss 20’s Extra Jeevandaan concept
The official episode has yet to reveal Rohed Khan’s eviction. However, with reports of his elimination already spreading like wildfire online, it has triggered mixed reactions among fans. Some think that Rohed’s eviction was completely fair, mostly because he did not make much of an impact compared to the rest of the contestants during the two weeks he spent in the BB20 house. Meanwhile, others were not convinced and went so far as to slam the makers while questioning the Extra Jeevandaan concept.
For those who don't know, Bigg Boss introduced the Extra Jeevandaan concept in Season 20 to help fans get an additional chance to stay in the game. In the first week since the season premiered, Uditi Singh had emerged as one of the least-voted contestants. Thankfully, she was saved using the Extra Jeevandaan.
But when it came to Rohed’s turn this week, it left fans confused as to why the same option was not used to save him. Taking to social media, an angry fan slammed the makers and wrote, “Honestly, the rules only matter when Bigg Boss wants them to. This happens every single season.”
A second user believed that even though Rohed Khan did not do much for the show, it did not mean that he needed to be evicted. Their comment read:
“We know he’s not doing enough for the show, but eviction is 100% unfair. That 2X concept is of no use. Otherwise Uditi ko bhi nikalte first week mein.”
Another user felt that the whole Jeevandaan concept is being used for the makers' convenience, writing, “Extra Jeevandaan concept is absolutely rubbish. It is just used according to the makers' convenience, as this way they can protect whom they don't want to evict; that's all. That's how makers are playing with audiences and making them fools.”
