Rochelle Rao and Keith Sequeira are living the most beautiful phase of their lives. The lovebirds have been on cloud nine ever since they embraced parenthood. For the unversed, Rochelle and Keith tied the knot on March 4, 2018, and they welcomed their baby girl on October 1, 2023. Since then, the duo have been busy fulfilling their parental duties. And now, Rochelle opened up about this new phase of life and dealing with mom's guilt.
On October 23, 2023, Rochelle Rao took to her Instagram handle and shared a video of herself. The video featured some cutesy pictures of the new mom posing happily for the camera. Rochelle can be seen standing in a room, which was decorated with caricatures of a few shopping bags, a chandelier and a cutesy baby stroll. Sharing the video, the actress penned a long note and opened up about feeling mom's guilt after stepping out of the home for the first time, leaving her daughter at home. In her words:
"So Baby's 3 week milestone was the day I decided to return to normal life and step out for the first time without her.. definitely felt a loot of #momguilt and #anxiety about leaving her even though I had trusted people there watching over her."

In the video, Rochelle looked beautiful as she flaunted her postpartum glow in a yellow-coloured pleated dress. She styled her outfit with a light blue-hued jacket, a pair of stud earrings, a bracelet, dewy makeup, open tresses and heels. Further, in her note, Rochelle mentioned how good she felt after dressing up and feeling like herself once again. Elaborating more on it, the new mom wrote:
"However it also felt sooo good to get dressed up (even a little bit) and put on my heels. It felt like the first steps back to me being meee. Although I know the me I am now is never going to be the same again, actively trying not to completely loose myself as well..."

On October 12, 2023, Rochelle Rao shared the first-ever picture with her baby girl. Taking to her IG stories, the actress shared a picture, wherein she and her husband, Keith could be seen posing for the camera. Moreover, it seemed like their little munchkin had been making them stay up all night, as the duo looked extremely sleep-deprived. Rochelle attached another picture in the story, where she and Keith could be seen holding their daughter's tiny hands.

For the unversed, it was on October 3, 2023, when Rochelle and Keith announced their baby's arrival news. Taking to their respective IG handles, the lovebirds shared a cutesy video featuring a picture note and revealed that they had been blessed with a baby girl. Rochelle and Keith shared details about their daughter's birth in the picture note, which could be read as "We're on CLOUD NINE Baby girl Sequeira is here! 01 10 23 Blessed Parents Rochelle and Keith."
