For those unaware, Parks, 52, who is best known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Tamburello, 46, best known for his time on The Challenge with five championships, first crossed paths on Season 2 of The Traitors in 2024.
While their flirty alliance on the show had grabbed viewers' attention, it wasn't until a month ago, in September 2026, that Phaedra revealed that she is dating CT Tamburello. Now, in an interview, she is opening up about how things are going with him.
Phaedra Parks is ‘very excited’ about her romance with CT Tamburello
Phaedra Parks recently attended the second annual National PrEP Day by MISTR at The Abbey in West Hollywood. During the event, the reality TV star spoke to PEOPLE and opened up about dating her former The Traitors co-star. Calling CT Tamburello a great guy, she said:
“It's going great. He's a great guy. And so yeah, I'm very excited.”
Parks confirmed that she is dating Tamburello during her appearance on the September 4, 2026, episode of Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show Jeff Lewis Live. For those who didn't watch the episode, Lewis asked Parks if she's dating anyone as he heard she was going to the 2026 Emmys with a date. He also questioned if it was a platonic thing. To this, Phaedra Parks responded, “It's not.”
Parks claimed that she would be attending the Creative Arts Emmys on September 5, 2026, with Tamburello as her date. When Lewis further asked if they had already been out together before, Paris said they had while keeping the exact timeline vague. All she revealed was that things between her and CT Tamburello started “last time” she was in Los Angeles.
Phaedra Parks shared that following the Emmys weekend, she had plans with Tamburello to head to New York for a work engagement on Fire Island. Around the same time, the Challenge star posted a photo to his Instagram Stories that featured a van with a caption about going to pick up Parks. He also posted several videos showing her in Lewis’ studio and later riding with him.
Phaedra Parks and CT Tamburello made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Creative Arts Emmys, which was held at the Peacock Theatre in Downtown L.A. For the ceremony, Parks was spotted wearing a cut-out velvet halter gown with crystal embellishments. Parks shared a carousel of photos from the evening where she could be seen cozying up with her boyfriend. She captioned the post:
“Some came for the awards. I came with the prize. Thank you to the real trophy for making a beautiful night even better. #Emmys.”
Parks and CT Tamburello already had fans buzzing at the possibility of a potential romance in August 2026 when they exchanged flirty messages on Instagram. Tamburello wrote on August 9, 2026, that he was still living for a plus-one to the Emmys. He then asked if anyone could throw “in a good word for me” with Parks. While we don't know if anyone did as Tamburello asked, Parks soon commented on his post, writing, “Baby I'm already yours.”

Phaedra Parks was previously married to her former RHOA co-star Apollo Nida. The duo was together from 2009 to 2015 and welcomed two sons during that time, Ayden, 16, and Dylan, 13. Their divorce was finalized in 2017.
Meanwhile, CT Tamburello was married to Catalina White. Just a year after they tied the knot in October 2024, Catalina filed for divorce. Before this, CT Tamburello was married to Lilianet “Lili” Solares from 2018 to 2022.
