The last season of Bigg Boss has given us two couples that had become the talk of the town. One such couple is Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty, whose relationship had ignited during their stay in Bigg Boss OTT, and gradually, it grew and became stronger. Post Bigg Boss OTT, Shamita had participated in Bigg Boss 15's house. During Shamita's time inside the BB house, she had faced many difficult phases, and Raqesh had been there for her as a pillar of strength.
After coming out from Bigg Boss 15 house, Shamita Shetty is often spotted spending time with her beau, Raqesh Bapat. And the loving boyfriend had also left no stone unturned from pampering his girlfriend. However, rumours of the much-in-love Bigg Boss Jodi's breakup had arisen in the media. A source close to Raqesh had reportedly informed Pinkvilla that the couple were clashing on too many things, and things didn't work out between them. The source had further mentioned that they had decided to part ways. The source had said:
"Things didn't work between them. They were clashing on too many things and hence, they decided to separate."

A few moments back, Shamita Shetty's boyfriend, Raqesh Bapat took to his IG stories and shared a message quashing all their breakup rumours. He shared a screengrab of the interview which claimed their breakup and mentioned that they are not separating, in the caption. He further requested his fans to not believe in any such rumours. His caption can be read as:
"WE REQUEST YOU'LL TO NOT BELIEVE IN ANY SORT OF RUMOURS PERTAINING TO OUR RELATIONSHIP. THERE'S NO TRUTH IN THIS. LOVE AND LIGHT TO EVERYONE."
Raqesh & Shamita's relationship had become the talk of the town for quite some time now. And the couple was enjoying most of their lives together. On February 22, 2022, Raqesh Bapat had taken to his IG handle and had shared an IG Reel with his ladylove, Shamita Shetty, as they were seen enjoying each other's company in a jetty. In the video, the couple had donned casual outfits and were lost in one another's gaze while Raqesh had planted a kiss on her cheek. Sharing the video, Raqesh had written their hashtag in the caption, '#ShaRa (with a heart emoji)'.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Shamita Shetty had opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend and television actor, Raqesh Bapat. The doting girlfriend had admitted that she is in love with Raqesh and is enjoying every bit of love from their mutual fans, who are eagerly waiting to see them tie the knot. However, refuting the talks of her marriage with her beau, Raqesh, at the moment, Shamita had clearly stated that she isn't thinking about marriage right now. She had explained:
"Yes, we have some really sweet fans who love seeing us together. No! Woh (Raqesh Bapat) paagal hai? Iss stage pe koi bhi mereko aise bolega, please, main bhaag jaungi. Aur agar main usko bolungi, woh bhaag jayega. It's too soon for all this."
On February 14, 2022, to mark Valentine's day, Raqesh Bapat had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a romantic video with the love of his life, Shamita Shetty. In the oh-so-cosy video, we could witness some mushy moments between the madly in love couple, as Shamita and Raqesh were romancing on a jetty amid the blue sea. Their romantic video had looked nothing less than a movie's scene. Alongside it, Raqesh had penned a heartfelt Valentine's Day wish for his ladylove, Shamita, and it could be read as:
"Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale. @shamitashetty_official happy Valentine's day."
