With just the trailer of Jayeshbhai Jordaar oozing out, Ranveer Singh fans have fallen head over heels for yet another new character portrayed by the baba of Bollywood. Talking about his versatility, Ranveer’s unconventional movie choices have made him a star, and his characters are as colourful as his sartorial picks. Now, in a recent interview, Ranveer Singh lauded his wife and actress, Deepika Padukone and his mother, Anju Bhavnani, with praises and revealed the secret of his success.
For the unversed, the madly in love couple had fallen head over heels while shooting for their first film, Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ramleela. And the rest is history! They had tied the knot on November 14, 2018, in an intimate ceremony in Lake Como, Italy.

In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Ranveer Singh shared that he has been surrounded by inspiring, strong and loving women since his childhood and throughout his life. From his dearest mommy, Anju Bhavnani, his loving sister, Ritika Bhavnani, to his darling wifey and lifeline, Deepika Padukone, the ladies of his life has been his loudest cheerleader. He also said that through his upcoming movie, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, he has tried to show gratitude to them. Ranveer will be playing a Gujarati merchant, who fights to save his unborn girl child in the movie. Expressing his love and respect, Ranveer said:
"Whatever I am today, I am because of the women in my life, I have been surrounded with very strong feminine forces and energies right from my childhood and throughout my life. I wouldn’t call them my support system; they are literally the centre of my universe."

Further in the conversation, Ranveer heaped praises on Deepika and Anju and shared that they are the reason he can do whatever he is doing. The doting lover melted our hearts yet again as he called his wife, Deepika the wind beneath his wings. Ranveer can be quoted as saying:
“My mom means everything to me, my sister is like a second mother to me, my wife is the wind beneath my wings and even my team is constituted by mostly women and they are the reason I am able to do what I am able to do. So, more than just about anyone else, I want them to see this film and experience it. I am really happy that I got this opportunity, where I could, through my art, express my gratitude to all the women in my life for making me who I am."

Earlier, in an interview with The Indian Express, Deepika was asked about Ranveer Singh being her ‘No. 1 Fan’. Revealing how supportive he is as a hubby, Deepika had said:
"I think because I have a cheerleader in him, I am able to make bolder choices. "I feel the same, but I am less expressive. He is someone who feels but is also able to articulate it. He is a tactile person, likes to hug and kiss. Me and my family are very different. We feel a lot, we are extremely sensitive and emotional people, but often we find it hard to communicate or articulate how we feel."
For the uninitiated, in 2022, Deepika and Ranveer completed ten years of their togetherness, including their marital years.
