Randeep took to his Instagram handle on June 17, 2020, to celebrate 49 years of togetherness of his parents, and wrote a message in the caption which went right through our heart. His caption can be read as "A happy 49th Marriage anniversary to my lovely parents @hooda_asha & #DrRanbirSinghHooda. I would never want to do anything to wipe this smile off their faces no matter what anguish I might be going through personally." How apt! Did you know that once Randeep Hooda had made up his mind to become a father via surrogacy? Yes, back in 2019, during a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Randeep had opened up about the same. He had said, "I thought about having my own child through surrogacy. I even discussed this with my parents and they were okay with this thought and idea.” He had further revealed what was the advice from his father that had made him change his mind and had said, "My dad said, ‘Beta, bachhon ko maa ki zaroorat hoti hai (a child needs a mother). How are you going to manage that? Do you want your child to be deprived of a mother?’ I said ‘No’. I would rather wait for the right time to get married and have a child, who would get both parents to love him/her." In the same interview, Randeep had jokingly revealed how his parents keep forcing him for marriage and by showing him pictures of girls, every now and then! The Highway actor had said, "Oh yes, my parents put that pressure all the time. My mom sneakily shows me the pictures of girls who have sent marriage proposals, though I don’t think it is going to happen anytime soon (laughs), but then, you never know what happens next." On the question of dating and relationships, he had said, "With acting, my life is complete. I’m in a relationship with my work and my love for animals and social work are just an extension to my personality.
