One of the cutest couples in Bollywood, on and off the silver screen, is none other than Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Just a year ago, the duo tied the knot and set the bar of relationship goals a bit higher. Ranbir married Alia on April 14, 2022, and soon after that, the couple welcomed their baby girl, Raha, and stepped into the journey of parenthood. The couple never fails to paint the town red with their mushy pictures and adorable bonding. However, in an interview, Ranbir Kapoor recently rated himself as a husband.
In an interview with Free Press Journal, Ranbir Kapoor shared what kind of a husband he thinks himself to be. The actor stated that one could think they are doing alright in life, but life is not easy and perfect. Ranbir shared that he thinks he is not a great son, husband, or brother, but all that matters is that he has the desire and tries continuously to improve. He also said that one would be on the right track for how long one can feel that desire. Ranbir Kapoor's words can be read as:
"You feel overall you are doing better. But life is such that it is never going to be perfect. I don’t think I am a great son, a great husband, or a brother. But I think I have the desire to be better and that’s important as long as you are aware of it, you will be on the right track."

For the unversed, Alia Bhatt had a crush on Ranbir Kapoor since she was nine years old. It began when she was auditioning for the 2005 film, Black, where Ranbir Kapoor was working as an assistant director. Alia first officially met Ranbir during the film prep, Balika Vadhu. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Alia once shared that she was timid when she first met Ranbir. Then, however, Cupid struck the duo together on the sets of their film, Brahmastra. As per the reports, they both found comfort in each other's company and made a strong connection during that time.

After that, the duo made their first public appearance in 2018 at the wedding reception of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, which gave the nation a reason to speculate that something was brewing between them. However, soon after that, Ranbir confirmed that he was dating Alia in his own RK style. Both the families of Ranbir and Alia gave them approval for their relationship. In an interview back then, Mahesh Bhatt said that he loves Ranbir. Neetu Kapoor too, found an instant connection with Alia Bhatt. However, it was during the sudden demise of Rishi Kapoor that Alia Bhatt stood by the Kapoor family like a pillar.
However, on April 14, 2022, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt stepped in forever through the glorious bond of marriage. The duo married on the balcony of Ranbir's home, Vastu, in Bandra, in the presence of family and friends. The bride looked like a dream in her ivory-hued saree, designed by ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The groom also looked dapper in a silk sherwani. However, the internet could not get over the dreamy wedding yet.
