Ranbir Kapoor is one of the most desirable actors in Bollywood. The handsome hunk has made women go weak in their knees with his good looks. The actor, who made his film debut with Saawariya hasn’t looked back in his professional career ever since. Speaking about his personal life, the actor is married to Bollywood diva, Alia Bhatt and they are blessed with a daughter, Raha Kapoor.
According to the latest report in Money Control, Ranbir Kapoor has leased his spacious residential unit of over 6094 square feet on the tenth floor of the Trump Towers in Pune. The deal, which is timed for a total span of three years, will be fetching a rent of Rs. 4 lakhs per month. The report mentioned that the actor signed the deal with his tenant on September 15, where the latter paid a security deposit of Rs. 24 lakhs. Moreover, the report stated that the rent will be Rs. 4 lakhs for the first year and will increase annually for the three-year term, scaling up to an amount of Rs. 4.41 lakhs for the final year.

For the unversed, apart from his Pali Hill residence in Mumbai, Ranbir Kapoor, and his wifey, Alia Bhatt are also owners of the iconic Krishna Raj bungalow, along with the other members of the Kapoor clan, which is still under construction. Every now and then, the couple are spotted visiting the construction site, as they inspect the work under progress. According to an earlier report by ETimes, the completed 8-storeyed Krishna Raj bungalow will have a separate floor for Ranbir and Alia’s daughter, Raha Kapoor. While initially, Raha will reside with her parents on the same floor, however, after she turns a teenager, she will be let out a separate floor to live comfortably.

There’s no doubt that Ranbir Kapoor has been on cloud nine, ever since he embraced fatherhood, after welcoming his little angle, Raha Kapoor. Apart from carrying out his daddy duties with sheer finesse, Ranbir has often revealed a few lovely anecdotes from his new journey. For instance, back during the promotion of his film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, Ranbir opened up about missing his daughter, whenever he left her behind for work. He shared how he copes up on missing his daughter, and said that he keeps seeing her photo on his phone.
