'Lock Upp 2', Ram Kapoor Reveals Being Friends With The Person Who Assaulted Him At The Age Of 13

This time it is Ram Kapoor, who is grabbing attention after he made a shocking revelation. During the latest episode of Lock Upp 2, Ram Kapoor admitted that he was once molested by someone at the age of 13. However, what was even more shocking is that today, Ram is friends with that person.
Ram Kapoor was molested in a boarding school
When contestants entered the Lock Upp 2 house, everyone was supposed to share three of their secrets, which will act as their lives. Well, in the latest episode of Lock Upp 2, which premiered on July 11, 2026, Ram Kapoor revealed one of his secrets that left his co-contestants in tears.
Ram shared that when he was young, he was in a boarding school. While that period is very innocent for kids, it turned out to be traumatic for Ram Kapoor. During this time, Ram had a senior, who used to molest him under the blankets of the dorm. Ram Kapoor was quoted as saying:
"Main boarding school me molest hua hu. Tab main 8th standard mein tha, 13 saal ka tha. School khatam hone ke baad hum sab dorms me masti karte the. Ek 10th standard ke student the, vo mere saath bed pe the. Unhone blanket ke neeche mujhe chua and karib 30-40 bache the, I froze, main kuch kar nahi paya. Mujhe samajh nahi araha tha ki kya horaha hai. Chilau, kya karu?"
Further, Ram Kapoor also revealed that today he is friends with the same senior, who once molested him. The Bade Acche Lagte Hain actor credited his senior and explained that he got to know about the LGTBQ+ community because of the senior. Explaining the reason behind staying friends with him, Ram revealed that the senior is extremely ashamed of his act.
Ram Kapoor concluded his secret by mentioning that his wife, Gautami Kapoor always knew about the secret; however, their children don’t know. His honest confession left everyone in tears, including his co-contestants and the audience.
Harshad Chopra, who is also a part of Lock Upp 2, couldn’t control himself and got very emotional listening to Ram. Apart from him, Sufi also got emotional and shared that he too experienced something in his life; however, he couldn’t open up.
Later, multiple netizens shared the clip on X (formerly Twitter) and showered love on Ram Kapoor. One user commented, "Feeling so bad for him yar. This show is really opening a lot of wounds." Another user wrote, "Oh may boy...stay strong." A third user penned, "The experience which #RamKapoor went through is not easy & traumatic for anyone. Glad he could forgive his perpetuator.
