Ram’s father and legendary actor, Chiranjeevi, announced the good news and shared a health update of both the babies and their mom, Upasana. While the family was enjoying the arrival of the twins, the situation turned chaotic when Ram arrived at the hospital with his daughter, Klin Kaara.

On the morning of February 1, 2026, Ram Charan reached the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad to see his newborn twin babies. He visited the hospital with his 2-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara. However, the emotional moment soon turned chaotic when the RRR actor stepped out of his car with his little angel. A huge crowd gathered around him when he was about to enter the hospital premises. Several videos of the incident went viral on the internet. Ram looked visibly upset and tried his best to protect his little princess, Klin.

On February 1, 2026, Ram Charan took to his Instagram handle and shared a collaborative post with his wife, Upasana Konidela, announcing their twin babies’ arrival. He called Upasana the 'greatest strength' of his life. He expressed his gratitude to his fans for supporting them. He wrote:

"Happy to share that we have been blessed with a baby boy & girl. Having two daughters and a son fills us with immense gratitude. The women in our life have been our greatest strength. I’m very thankful to all our fans, family and well-wishers who have stood by us and supported us through every moment."

The two started dating after the release of Ram’s film, Magadheera. On June 14, 2012, Ram and Upasana got married. After ten years of marriage, the couple was blessed with a baby girl, Klin Kaara. After the arrival of the twin babies, the duo is parents to three children. Sharing details about their love story, Upasana once said in an interview:

"We were friends for a very long time – since college, actually. There were no special feelings between us before I went overseas to study. Love just happened and it was a nice change. What drew us together was that we both knew we had to live up to the expectations our families had of us.
