But the Bigg Boss season 14's audience had seen an adorable proposal by one of its contestant, Rahul Vaidya for his longtime girlfriend and actress, Disha Parmar. Since then there have been conjectures that the couple will tie the knot soon, but no one knows when! For quite some time, rumours were rife that Rahul Vaidya and actress, Disha Parmar are dating each other. And Disha often extends her support to her boyfriend, Rahul in the house of Bigg Boss via her tweets. But everyone had rooted for them when he had decided to take the plunge in their relationship and had proposed Disha on national television!
Recently, in an interview with ETimes TV, Rahul Vaidya's mother confirmed the wedding and the wedding month of her son. During the interview, Rahul's mother stated that they have finalised the wedding date and said, "When Rahul came from the show mid-way, Disha had also come to meet us. After that also she has come to meet us three-four times. I have spoken to her mom also. So, we have finalised everything and done all the small preparations. We are waiting for Rahul to come out, the moment he is out will decide and finalise the dates. The date, location and everything else we will confirm then. But the basic arrangements we have already done. Both the families have met and have given the nod for the wedding. Now, we are just waiting for Rahul." Rahul's mother also stated that Disha doesn’t want to get married in summer, so mostly they will be planning a June wedding. This season has already ended and they don’t want to get married in summer and are not willing to wait till December. His mother shared, "Itna lamba nahi kheechenge. We will have a June wedding. I was after Rahul and was showing him a few photographs also before he went inside the house. But we didn’t know that he was thinking about Disha."
Coming back to Rahul's big proposal, it was on Disha's birthday when he had accepted his feelings for her. He had said, "Today is a very a special day for me. There’s a girl in my life and that that girl’s name is Disha Parmar. God! I have never been so nervous. I don’t know why it took me so much time to ask you – Will you marry me?” Rahul was wearing a white t-shirt with Disha’s name written on it with a lipstick. As he had turned around, we could see ‘Will you marry me’ written on the back of his t-shirt with lipstick.
