Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar have started nesting as they await the arrival of their first child. In May 2023, Disha announced her pregnancy. While it wasn't a planned one, the duo is enjoying every moment of Disha's nine-month journey. In fact, Rahul is making sure to pamper his pregnant wife and treating her like a queen. Recently, Rahul gave a sweet surprise to Disha, and it was his gesture that left everyone in awe.
On July 14, 2023, Disha took to her Instagram handle and posted a cutesy video. The mommy-to-be revealed how her husband, Rahul surprised her with an expensive gift and a cute note. In the clip, we can hear Disha saying, "What is this?' Rahul made a hand gesture as he imitated her baby bump, and said:
"Tumhara waqt badlne wala hai."

Disha looked the happiest as she unboxed the watch. It was a Rolex watch with a beautiful dial. She thanked her husband with a peck on his cheeks. Alongside it, Disha wrote:
"My baby got me my first ROLEX and I can’t keep calm! @rahulVaidyaarkv Thank You. The lady is very Happy!"

Recently, Disha graced an event, wherein she was asked about her husband, Rahul Vaidya's reaction to her pregnancy. To which, Disha revealed that he was surprised as they had not planned it, and it came all of a sudden. Disha also shared that Rahul wasn't in the city, and she video-called him and announced her pregnancy. She was quoted as saying:
"He was surprised because this wasn't planned, honestly. This came out of nowhere, and he was working and was for a show somewhere in Goa, and I video-called him to tell him. He was very happy, he has always loved kids."

Disha further revealed that Rahul always wanted kids and he was very vocal about it. Disha also shared that he would be a hands-on father as he already accompanies her to all her appointments without even asking for it. She said:
"He was very vocal about how he wanted kids. So, I think he was the happiest and will be a hands-on father. As he already accompanies her to every hospital visit, every appointment, everywhere he is present without even asking him once. Mai ne ek baar nahi bola ki can you come."
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rahul shared that he always wanted to embrace fatherhood. While it was unexpected news for him, he is trying to sync in the feeling of being a papa soon. The singer, who often travels, revealed that he was in Goa and when he came back to Mumbai, Disha revealed her pregnancy to him, and he was left surprised.
