Raashii Khanna's Staff Member Was 'Thrown Out Of The Sets' After He Stole Money From Her Purse

Raashii Khanna, a popular Bollywood actress, who was recently seen in 120 Bahadur and Ustad Bhagat Singh, has reportedly met with a serious and unfortunate incident. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the actress was shooting for her upcoming project, when one of her staff members tried to steal approximately Rs. 50,000 from Raashii’s purse, which was kept in her vanity van. Even though the actress still hasn’t responded to the claims, a source close to her has revealed the truth.

A while ago, a source close to Farzi actress, Raashii Khanna had a conversation with Hindustan Times, during which the source opened up about the incident. When asked about the same in detail, the source explained that the entire team is shocked by the incident. Further, the person who tried stealing money was immediately thrown out of the sets. The source also described the incident as ‘embarrassing’. The source was quoted as saying:

"It was very shocking when the crime was discovered. He was thrashed by the security as well and thrown out of the sets. Instances like these are embarrassing for the industry."

The same report by Hindustan Times also claims that when the media portal tried to speak to Raashii Khanna to know more details about the unfortunate incident, her team dismissed the rumours and shared that everything happened with Raashii’s manager. Rs. 50,000 that were stolen belonged to Raashii Khanna’s manager. It is worth mentioning that the actress has still not come forward and opened up about the shocking incident.

Well, in December 2025, the actress sat down for a candid chat with India Today, during which she revealed the reason behind it. In her words:

"It’s the first film that I signed without reading the script. Since the beginning of my career, I was like, this is one person I want to work with. It’s a full commercial film. There’s a song, there’s glamour you can’t expect acting too much there because it’s just the looks and the genre does it by itself. I’m never leaving it, it is a conscious choice."
