Recently, a Kashmir-based influencer named Nayeem Rather visited Qazi Touqeer’s home in Kashmir. He spoke to Qazi’s uncle about his performance and gameplay on Bigg Boss 20. Lauding Qazi, his uncle said that Qazi is the same in real life, too. He shared that the singer talks to trees, animals, and everyone around him. Qazi’s uncle revealed that the Bigg Boss 20 contestant has been like this since childhood.
It is worth mentioning that Qazi has already won the hearts of the audience with his fun-filled nature and music. He is one of the most talked-about contestants of Bigg Boss 20. In fact, his trademark line, 'I am a Rockstar baby, aau' on Bigg Boss 20, quickly went viral on the internet. Qazi’s uncle mentioned that the singer likes to make people laugh. He said:
"He gets very happy when others laugh at his jokes. We are Kashmiris; we lead a simple life and feel very thankful to everyone who loves him."
During the same conversation, Qazi’s uncle revealed that the Fame Gurukul winner studied at a convent school in Rajbagh and then went to Amar Singh College. He said, "He is well educated." While Qazi’s journey in Bigg Boss 20 has been going pretty well, the singer had to struggle a lot after winning the show Fame Gurukul. For the uninitiated, Qazi won the show alongside Ruprekha Banerjee and defeated Indian singer Arijit Singh.
Further in the conversation, Qazi’s uncle reflected on his rockstar image. He revealed that the singer worked really hard. After winning the show Fame Gurukul in 2005, Qazi did many shows in foreign countries. Qazi’s uncle added that the Bigg Boss 20 contestant never sat idle. He said:
"There is a long story behind Qazi becoming a rockstar; he worked hard day and night. After winning Fame Gurukul in 2005, he did a lot of shows in foreign countries, performed in Australia, the US, Singapore, etc. He never sat idle. His struggle has been real, and he has also achieved a lot in life. If the audience supports him, Qazi will win."

Qazi Touqeer got emotional after Salman Khan supported him. For the past week, Qazi’s low participation has left his fans concerned. It was then revealed that Qazi has been feeling sick and has an extremely high fever. In the latest episode of BB 20 Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman shared with the other contestants that Qazi was suffering from dengue.
Getting emotional, Qazi said that although he felt a lot of pain, he wanted to entertain his audience. He mentioned that the doctors asked him whether he felt back pain and joint pain. He shared that actress Kanika Mann informed him that he would be given 10 eggs for protein. However, when the other contestants objected to it, he felt very bad.
Salman slammed the contestants, including Uditi Singh, Yung, and Scout, and told them to show some sympathy to the contestants if someone becomes ill next time. He also added that the doctors in Bigg Boss 20 were not mad that they kept calling Qazi to the medical room.
