Bigg Boss 20's Qazi Touqeer Declares Himself Loyal On Salman Khan-Hosted Show, 'My Wife Knows Me...'

The Kashmiri singer has become the most talked-about contestant of Salman Khan-hosted show with his trademark line, 'I am a Rockstar baby, aau'. During the first Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman Khan praised Qazi and called him the rockstar of the house. Now, a clip from the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20, featuring Gullu and Qazi, is going viral as the Kashmiri singer declares himself loyal.

A while back, JioHotstar Reality shared a snippet from the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20. In the short clip, Gullu and Qazi Touqeer were seen speaking to 'Bigg Boss'. During the playful exchange, Qazi told Gullu to give a message to his wife. Addressing Qazi’s wife, Gullu said, "Bhabiji, namaste. Bhabi your man is a good man. Sometimes he becomes a naughty man. But he likes to be around girls."
Qazi was quick to correct him and said, "My wife knows me." He clarified that all the female contestants inside the Bigg Boss 20 house are like his daughters. Then Gullu interrupted Qazi’s statement and said that he is loyal. Hearing this, Qazi chimed in, "I am very, very loyal." The Kashmiri singer added that his wife makes a dish named Mirchi Korma and his mom. He also invited Gullu to come over to his home in Kashmir and taste the lovely cuisine.
In an earlier episode of Bigg Boss 20, Qazi revealed that his wife, Ifsa, is nine years younger than him. He also shared that his wife is a dentist. Recently, he also gave a subtle hint about his wedding when he wore the same jacket in one episode that he allegedly wore on his wedding day.

While Qazi is grabbing significant attention now for Bigg Boss 20, years ago people knew him as a reality TV sensation. For the unversed, the Kashmiri Singer rose to fame by winning the show Fame Gurukul alongside Ruprekha Banerjee. He defeated Indian singer Arijit Singh and lifted the trophy with Ruprekha. Although the TV reality singing show gave him a lot of fame and attention, his career never flourished.
People have been trolling him, and there have been constant comparisons between Qazi and Arijit. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Qazi shared that although Arijit is so successful and doing shows across the world, he never felt jealous of him. He shared that people often compare them; in response, he tells them that he is very happy about Arijit, his success, and his achievements.
While Arijit’s career eventually flourished after Fame Gurukul, people now wonder what happened to Qazi. According to reports, after Fame Gurukul, Qazi continued working as a singer and performer, including music with Ruprekha Banerjee and other entertainment work. In 2009, he appeared on Sarkaar Ki Duniya, a reality show that placed contestants on a remote island and tested them through challenges.
In 2015, Qazi appeared in the music video for Afghan Jalebi (Ya Baba), the popular song from Phantom, featuring Katrina Kaif and Saif Ali Khan. Earlier, this year, in 2026, Qazi visited Arijit's hometown of Jiaganj in West Bengal, where the two spent time together. Now, with Bigg Boss 20, Qazi is back in the spotlight. In one of the episodes, he admitted that he did not think he was a good singer.
While Qazi’s professional life is in the spotlight, he prefers to keep his personal life private. Thus, very little information is available about his wife and their love story. As mentioned by Qazi in Bigg Boss 20, he and Ifsa got married in an intimate ceremony during the COVID-19 pandemic.
