Earlier, in an interview with the Bangalore Mirror, Kriti Kharbanda had heaped praises on her beau, Pulkit and had called him the ambassador of self-love. She had said, "I admire the fact that he's true to himself and can be a brand-ambassador for self-love." The actress had also addressed the much-asked question of marriage with her boyfriend and had said, "We've just been dating for a year-and-a-half now and haven't discussed marriage, nor do we plan to do it anytime soon. We're focusing on our respective careers right now." Kriti had concluded her statement by adding that marriage is still way too far from where she and Pulkit are at the moment. On Pulkit Samrat's birthday on December 29, 2020, Kriti Kharbanda had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a cosy and romantic picture with him. In the picture, the couple had looked stunning together as they twinned in black, and the gorgeous Kriti could be seen giving a peck on her beau, Pulkit's cheeks, who had given quirky expressions for the camera. Along with the picture, Kriti had penned an emotional note for the birthday boy and had called him 'baby'. Her note could be read as "Happy birthday baby As you turn a year younger, I just have one thing to say, you are one in a billion, there's no one like you, and there never will be @pulkitsamrat I love you."
Talking to The Times Now, Pulkit Samrat had lauded his girlfriend, Kriti Kharbanda and had said, "She grounds me, she completes me, and she has brought a lot of khairat in my life. I hope I have done something good and that's why I have found her.” It was last year, in an interview with ETimes, that Kriti had confirmed her relationship with Pulkit. She had admitted that all those rumours of her being in a relationship with Pulkit are true. The reason why she hadn't disclosed it at that time was that she had wanted her parents to know first.
