When a celebrity couple gives birth to a child, their fans go crazy just for a little glimpse. However, these days all they really get are glimpses only as the star parents do everything in their power to keep their child away from the limelight. The celebrities have started covering and hiding their child’s face from the media, sharing partial glimpses only. However, once the media or fan page gets any picture of the star kids, it takes a few seconds for it to go viral. Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma were hiding the face of their son, Krishiv for the longest, but, not anymore! Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma were pronounced husband and wife after a registered court marriage in February 2020. It was four months after introducing each other as husband and wife and announcing their wedding that the couple had announced the news of expecting their first child. On October 9, 2020, Puja and Kunal had hopped on the crazy journey of parenthood as they had welcomed a baby boy into their lives. The first-time father, Kunal had shared a video to announce the news of welcoming a baby boy into their lives. In the video, we could read, “9-10-2020 Mother Earth got it’s one more child. Thanku is a very small word to express…WE 3 our humbled.. cant express its surreal”.
Now, as the baby boy has completed three months, the parents have officially shared the pictures with a leading daily, The Times of India. In the picture, the family of three is looking adorable as they smiled and posed for the camera. Krishiv can be seen sitting in his mommy's lap, wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt. Mommy, Puja can be seen holding Krishiv and daddy, Kunal can be seen sitting next to Puja. Check out the first-ever picture of Krishiv below:
In a conversation with The Times of India, Puja talked about how she is enjoying the motherhood phase of her life. Sharing that Puja could not hold her baby boy for a month, owing to her illness, Puja said, “Post delivering Krishiv, I had some minor health issues, so we had to take extra precautions. I could not hold the baby for about a month and so I used to sometimes cry. But, I have recovered completely now and it gives me immense joy that I can hold my little one and play with him. Puja also shared how she has changed post-Krishiv’s birth and can do anything for him. In her words, “I am up till late night and used to wake up late in the mornings. Nobody could wake me up in morning, but, for Krishiv, I don’t mind waking up early just to see how he smiles. He has started reacting now and it makes me so happy to just wake up and watch him smile or raise his hands towards me. Motherhood is a lovely phase and I am enjoying it to the fullest. It’s more fun now as he grows up. I had always wanted to become a mother very early on in life and am blessed that I have a lovely baby now. Krishiv is keeping well and does not get cranky.”
Ever since the birth of their baby boy, Puja and Kunal were treating their fans with his partial glimpses. On December 1, 2020, Puja had taken to her IG handle and had shared two pictures of her baby boy while announcing his name. Along with the pictures, Puja had written, “Hare KRISHNA Om namah SHIVAY. Meet our son KRISHIV VERMA @kunalrverma.” In both the pictures, Puja had shared partial glimpses of Krishiv posing with his mommy and daddy. He had looked cute as a button in camouflage printed lower, white t-shirt and matching mittens.
