Priyanka is married to Naqaab actor, Vikaas Kalantri since 2012. In 2019, the couple is all set to become parents to their firstborn. The actress is all set to pop anytime soon, and she cannot hold her excitement to meet the little one. And while the wait is still going on, Priyanka shared two of her most favourite pictures with her baby bump. Priyanka took to her official Instagram handle and shared two lovely pictures from her maternity shoot. In the snaps, she can be seen lovingly cuddling her baby bump. Priyanka got emotional in the caption as she celebrated last few days with the baby bump before her little munchkin arrives. She has worded her post as, “Completing my 9 months in few days coming closer to the delivery date I realised I have to upload this pic before I deliver. It’s one of my favourite pics showing how amazing I felt getting clicked with my naughty fluttering little one inside my belly. All these cute little moments inside make me feel curious and happy at the same time. I am sure all mothers go thru the same experience, so this is just me expressing my feelings. To all the expecting mothers I insist capture these beautiful moments so that you can look back and enjoy all the lovely memories.”
On April 30, 2019, Priyanka had taken to her official Instagram handle and had shared that she and Vikaas are all set to step into the parents’ club. Sharing a few pictures flaunting her baby bump, Priyanka had penned, “Stepping into the 100k world with a new world inside me. Excitement for both. Thank you my Instafamily for always being there and being so supportive. It's almost impossible to express the happiness @vikaaskalantri and I are experiencing at this stage. Priyanka has been very vocal on social media all throughout her pregnancy journey. Once she had taken to Instagram to share her feelings as and when she sees her baby belly grow. Priyanka had written, “I feel so comfortable in my own skin, finding each new experience beautiful and exciting. Things, like talking to the baby and feeling the little one moving, melts my heart. Feeling the baby belly grow is so magical, although things, like wearing my shoelaces and applying a foot cream, has become difficult but it gives me so much satisfaction to know that the little one is growing bigger day by day and soon will be with me. Yes, I have been reading all the lovely messages that you guys have been sending and want to say that we are very grateful and overwhelmed with the kind of love you’ve expressed for our little one. Thank you and a big hug to all.”
Recently, Priyanka had done her gorgeous maternity shoot and had shared a few glimpses from the same. In a few pictures, the happy mommy-to-be could be seen wearing a lovely floral maxi dress, which she had teamed up with a sleek tiara on her head. In some of the pictures she had sported a lovely beige Indian outfit with a delicate pair of danglers, where hubby, Vikaas was looking dapper in his all-black suited-booted look. Sharing her due month, Priyanka in an exclusive chat with BollywoodLife had shared, "I am due in July. There is still some time. As of now, I am enjoying the phase and just pampering myself. Yes, I love to work but do not want to stress myself now." Further sharing how Vikaas is over the moon with the arrival of their little one, she had added, "Vikaas is too excited. I had to forcibly send him on a holiday but even there he is busy shopping for me and the baby. My pregnancy has brought out the most caring side of him. This is something I never witnessed before." In the same chat, the doting mom-to-be had also shared her post-delivery plans and was quoted as saying, "I have always been an active person. Even now, I am doing as much running about as I can. I will definitely work after my delivery but let the baby come first. This is my first child and I need to see how my body reacts." And had further gushed, "Everyone has flooded me with love and good wishes. I have so many friends from the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai team who text me daily.
