With so much popularity, SRK always remains a hot topic among newsmakers and gossipmongers alike. However, it was his alleged linkup with Priyanka Chopra that often hurt his fans, who slammed him for having an extra-marital affair earlier.
Recently, while scrolling through our social media feed, we stumbled upon a picture of Priyanka Chopra being smitten by Shah Rukh Khan. However, the interesting part was that SRK's wife, Gauri Khan, was also sitting beside her. Dressed in a sea green-hued top, PeeCee was seen lost while looking adorably at SRK, who was interacting with Gauri. The candid moment was perfectly captured by the lens, and Priyanka's love for Shah Rukh was clearly evident.

Now that the picture has surfaced online, netizens are surprised to find this rare gem. They flooded the post's comment section and claimed Priyanka was obsessed with Shah Rukh Khan. Meanwhile, a section of netizens also took a dig at SRK's alleged extra-marital affair and slammed him for trying to ruin his perfect marriage with Gauri Khan. While one user commented, "Pati, Patni or who", another one wrote, "She was madly in love with SRK".
For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra's alleged affair started during the filming of the movie, Don 2. Back then, there were strong rumours which claimed that romance was brewing between Shah Rukh and Priyanka. The speculations further claimed that Shah Rukh’s wife, Gauri Khan, was aware of it and was even planning to divorce her hubby for the same. However, after much thought, Gauri took hold of the situation and forbade her husband to never work with Priyanka Chopra again. Interestingly, Don 2 is the last film wherein we saw the leading pair of Shah Rukh and Priyanka.

Earlier, we got hold of a video wherein Shah Rukh Khan, who was sitting with Katrina Kaif, addressed the much-talked-about rumours of his linkup with Priyanka Chopra. The actor said that it was disturbing for him to see the lady, who has worked with him, being questioned and disrespected over some unverified rumours. He was quoted as saying:
"To me, what is most disturbing is the fact that a lady who's worked with me has been questioned, and somewhere down the line, she's not being shown the kind of respect I show her or all the women. I think it’s a little disrespectful."
In the same interview, Shah Rukh also apologised to his fans for hurting them and clarified that he was saying sorry because Priyanka is one of his closest friends. He even mentioned that he did nothing wrong and added:
"I'm extremely sorry about that. Sorry means... it’s not directly because of anything I’ve done but because she’s my friend. She’s one of the closest friends I have, very close to my heart, and always will be."
