Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas had initially kept their relationship a secret. And it was only at Met Gala 2017 that the duo had made their first public appearance hand-in-hand (not as a couple though). Only a mere look at the couple was enough to make us go gaga over their chemistry and the love in their eyes for each other was just magical! Within 5 days of their wedding, Priyanka Chopra had added Jonas to her official name, to embark on the new journey of her life as Mrs Jonas. In the video, we can see an adorable puppy, wrapped in a bow shape ribbon jumping and playing with half-asleep Nick Jonas. Along with the video, Priyanka penned, “So much cute in the same frame. happy almost anniversary baby.” Nick also took to his Instagram and shared the same video and a picture of their new member and wrote, “Pri came home with the absolute best surprise this morning. Please meet our new pup @ginothegerman I haven’t stopped smiling since I woke up this morning and finally realized what was going on. On a chat show named, The Daily Show, Nick Jonas had opened up about his relationship with Priyanka Chopra and had revealed why he felt she is the ‘one’ for him. Nick was quoted as saying, "So many things. I could go into all of it and get all mushy but, I think the thing that really connected both of us is our love for family and faith and the importance of being connected to those who are always going to be there for you. We found that in each other as well, which is a beautiful thing. I'm excited to start our life together." At an event, wherein Priyanka Chopra Jonas was accompanied by her husband, Nick Jonas, he was asked how difficult it was to smile for the pictures with so many people at the big fat wedding reception. Nick had replied, “Not tough at all. They wanted pics but were all giving blessings to @priyankachopra and me. I value that.” On being asked about his marriage with Priyanka, Nick had said, “Both of our parents got married quickly. When you know, you know.”
In an interview with the HELLO magazine, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas had opened up about their plans to have kids anytime soon. Given that Priyanka has always shared that her ultimate dream is to have as many kids as she can have when asked if she is planning for the same anytime soon, she had stated, "I always say, "Man proposes, God disposes. So, I am not taking any chances. We definitely want kids and when the right is time, it will happen."
Priyanka Chopra Jonas, in an interview with an international magazine, had talked about her D-day and the choice of two weddings. She had stated, “Every girl dreams of being a princess on her wedding day. But I never had a plan about what I wanted it to be. Being able to have two big weddings, in India, with our closest family and friends was unbelievably special. I love that our wedding was a religious mash-up. We took beautiful traditions that we both grew up with and personalized them in a way that made sense for us.
