Eminent American singer and renowned ‘King of Rock and Roll’, Elvis Presley’s ex-wife, Priscilla Presley has been grabbing all the headlines for some time now, ever since a biopic on her name was released. Directed by Sofia Coppola, the biographical drama closely narrates the love story of Priscilla and her ex-husband, late Elvis Presley based on the 1985 memoir titled Elvis And Me, written by the former. And now, Priscilla, who has been making quite a few unheard revelations about her personal life, as a part of the promotional spree of her biopic, spilt beans on her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley’s brief marriage with another stalwart and the iconic King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
For the unversed, Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie got married to another stalwart artist and the King of Pop, Michael Jackson in 1994. While their meeting and love story came as an unusual surprise for many, it was quite easily rumoured that Jackson married Lisa because of having his ardent inspiration in the latter’s father, Elvis Presley. And unfortunately, within a year, their marriage was over.

And now, during a recent interview for Talk TV’s show, Piers Morgan Uncensored, Priscilla revealed that she was quite concerned about her daughter, Lisa’s marriage with Michael Jackson. Moreover, she recalled a particular conversation with her daughter right before marriage, which resulted in increasing her apprehensions manifold. Priscilla highlighted how Lisa told her that Michael would never be around her, and she only gets a call from him once in four days. Recalling the past, Priscilla revealed:
“I was honest with her. She said, mom, I'm really concerned. This is while they were married. And said that, I never see him. I go, what do you mean you never see him? He’s always gone. I go, where does he go? and she goes, I don't know. I don't know where he goes. He'll call me maybe three or four days later. I said, well, don't you ask him where he's going?”
In the same interview, Priscilla also spoke about the kind of dynamic she shared with her former son-in-law, Michael Jackson and revealed that the latter thought she didn’t like him. She narrated an episode when her daughter, Lisa told her about Jackson’s fear of her. In her words:
“I know he was a bit fearful of me. (Lisa Marie) told me you know, he's afraid of you and I go, what is he afraid of me for? Why is he afraid? Why should he be afraid of me? She goes, I dunno. He doesn't think you like him. I said, I've hardly talked to him 'cause he always hides."

Priscilla Presley and Elvis Presley separated in 1973. Apparently, at the time of their divorce, the latter made a promise to her ex-husband that she wouldn’t re-marry anyone else, as long as he was alive. In one of her previous interviews, Priscilla opened up about the same and revealed the reason behind her decision to keep living the promise she made to her ex-husband. She simply shared she never wanted to marry anyone else after Elvis Presley as neither didn’t she have the desire to do so, but also she didn’t find anyone else that could match up to him.
