Pooja Bhatt is winning hearts with her current stint on the second season of Bigg Boss OTT. The gorgeous actress for the first of the Bhatts, who made a huge name with her debut film, Daddy, in 1989. Pooja Bhatt is the eldest daughter of the film director, Mahesh Bhatt and his first wife, Kiran Kher. The actress was married to Manish Makhija for eleven years but parted ways. However, it looks like the actress often feels the need for a partner.
It takes a lot of guts to accept a void in a person's life, and Pooja Bhatt got emotional and bared her heart out on how she has no one waiting for her. It all happened during a task, Pooja Bhatt had a heart-to-heart conversation with Abhishek Malhan. The latter revealed how everyone is missing home and their family. To this, Pooja said that she is single and no one is waiting for her at home. She was quoted as saying:
"Hum sab apne family ko miss kar rahen hain, aur hum sabka koi na koi bahar wait kar raha hai, but main single aurat hoon aur mera koi nahi hai ghar chalane ke liye."
Pooja Bhatt further added that she is missing her father, Mahesh Bhatt for the first time. She further added that what the world thinks about her doesn't matter. It is what her father thinks about her that is important.
Pooja Bhatt and Manish Makhija had married on August 24, 2003, in a grand wedding ceremony in Goa. The duo had lived together for eleven years, but in 2014, they parted ways. The actress had taken to her Twitter handle and announced her separation news. She tweeted:
"To all those who care & especially those that don’t my husband Munna & Me have decided to part ways after 11 glorious years of marriage. Our split as some might call it is amicable & we hold each other in the highest esteem for now and forever. The reason I explain is because we are both part of the public domain.
Pooja and Manish announced their separation in 2014, but they are not yet divorced officially. It was Manish's second marriage and rumours are that he currently lives with his son from his first wife. Pooja and Manish didn't have any children from their marriage. The ex-couple stays away from the media limelight.
