Television actress, Pooja Banerjee is living every moment of her new phase of motherhood. Throughout her pregnancy, the actress had been sharing adorable glimpses of the most cherished time of her life. Now, Pooja has revealed how the concept of hypnobirthing had helped her during her pregnancy.
It was on March 12, 2022, when Pooja Banerjee and her husband, Sandeep Sejwal, were blessed with a baby girl, whom they have lovingly named Sana. A few days later, Pooja had shared the first glimpse of her daughter. In the picture, we could see the little munchkin's tiny hand, which had held her mom's finger. Alongside it, Pooja had written:
"This is the feeling that can’t be expressed in words, we are overwhelmed and very happy to welcome our little angel in our lives. #OurGulabo."

On April 6, 2022, Pooja Banerjee took to her IG handle and posted a cute picture of her baby girl Sana and revealed how hypnobirthing had been very helpful for her during her pregnancy. Thanking her hypnobirthing practitioner, Melissa Genovesi for introducing her to the concept of hypnobirthing, Pooja wrote:
"Thank you @melissa_shantibirth for introducing US the concept of #hypnobirthing . You have been a great support throughout our journey of pregnancy!! You gave US an essence of being a parent!! @sandeepsejwal and I will be forever grateful to you, to learn from you and to have met you!! You are such a beautiful person!! Thank you @matthewsheath and @melissa_shantibirth @sanassejwaal will be so happy to know her journey into this world #hypnobirthing changed not just my pregnancy and birth but also me as an individual."
A few days back, Pooja had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a picture of a love letter that she had penned for her hubby, Sandeep Sejwal. Apart from the sweet words, it was the name of Pooja and Sandeep's daughter that had caught our attention. Her letter could be read as:
"Going Old School…. Aaj pehli baar tumhare liye ek letter likh rahi hoon. Sach bolun toh ek book likh sakti hoon!! #SmartJodiLetterOfLove. Dear Husband (now Sana's Dad). Thank you for being there for all the good decisions as well as not-so-good decisions that I've taken in my life but the best decision that I've taken is to say YES to you..By Saying YES to you, I've said YES to life and lifelong happiness!! Love, Pooja."

In an interview with The Times of India, Pooja had shared the story behind her daughter's name. She had stated that it was her husband, Sandeep, who had wanted both the letters of their names to be a part of their daughter's name. Talking about the same, Pooja had shared:
"We were figuring out what name would be the best for her. Sandeep wanted a name in which letters from both our names would be there. So that is how we named her Sana. We had shortlisted a few other names unique names as well, but our family members were having difficulty in pronouncing them, so we chose to go with this one."
