Paul Wesley and Natalie Kuckenburg first met in a typical old-fashioned way, at a bar in New York City's East Village. In fact, a mutual friend introduced them after Paul noticed Natalie across the room. It marked the beginning of their relationship.
Eventually, the couple were first linked in November 2022 after they were spotted enjoying a romantic trip to Italy. They went to the Amalfi Coast, where they stayed at the Caruso, a Belmond Hotel. Soon, it became one of the most meaningful places in their relationship.
After nearly three years together, Paul returned to the same hotel in Italy to propose to Natalie in July 2025. Although she later admitted that she had a feeling that he might propose, she was still overwhelmed when he got down on one knee. The model later took to her Instagram to share a picture of her ring with a simple caption that read, "Yes. Always and forever.

After nearly one year of their engagement announcement, the couple officially tied the knot. In turn, Natalie shared some pictures from their private civil wedding on Instagram.
It was a small, personal outdoor wedding where the couple exchanged vows beneath palm trees. In fact, their pet dog, Greg, also played a memorable role in the ceremony. He eventually earned the title of "best boy". Several photos showed the dog sitting beside the couple as they exchanged vows and took the next step in their relationship. Natalie chose to wear an ivory Galia Lahav dress, while Paul wore a navy blue suit paired with a black tie to start their "happily every after".
