And now, Parineeti dropped the first-ever glimpse of her dreamy engagement ceremony, and her simple yet sophisticated look stole our hearts.
On May 13, 2023, Parineeti Chopra took to her Instagram handle and dropped the first-ever glimpse of her engagement ceremony. In the pictures, the newly-engaged couple looked adorable as they posed for the camera. However, it was Parineeti's minimalistic look for her special day that caught our attention. Ditching the bright shades, the actress opted for a pastel hue for her engagement ceremony. She donned a rose pink-coloured salwar suit set from the shelves of ace designer, Manish Malhotra. On the other hand, her fiance, Raghav looked handsome in a white-coloured bandhgala suit.

Parineeti's outfit was made of silk fabric. It included a full-sleeved round-neck suit, a matching salwar and a sheer dupatta. The ensemble featured intricate embellishment details with pearls, sequins and thread embroidery on the sleeves and the neckline. Parineeti's dupatta was designed with scallop detailing on the border and Kashmiri thread work work all over it.
Maintaining the aesthetic of her outfit, Parineeti opted for subtle makeup. She accentuated her look with bronzed eye shadow, light pink lipstick, blushed cheeks and highlighted cheekbones. Ditching heavy jewellery, the actress completed her special day look with a huge diamond ring, pair of earrings and an elegant maang teeka. Her wavy open tresses added stars to her look.

Earlier, a source close to Parineeti and Raghav revealed details about their engagement look. According to a report in Hindustan Times, it was revealed that the actress already had a vision about her engagement look. The source added that Parineeti's engagement outfit would be elegant yet subtle and it would complement Raghav's outfit too. The source shared that when Parineeti first saw the outfit that the designer, Manish Malhotra made for her engagement, she absolutely loved it. Elaborating more about it, the source said:
"Parineeti was very sure of what she wanted to wear, and when she shared the idea with Manish he loved it too. He has created an elegant, classy and subtle outfit, with a soft pretty colour, which will complement Raghav’s attire too. Manish and Pari have been discussing the outfit for a few days now, and when she saw it for the first time recently, she absolutely loved it."
On May 9, 2023, Parineeti and Raghav were spotted at the aiport. For her airport look, she opted for a red kurta-pyjama set. She accentuated her dewy makeup look by keeping her hair open. She paired her traditional look with a pair of diamond stud earrings. However, it was her tote bag that caught our attention. She was seen carrying a rectangular-shaped glossy black tote bag. After doing some research, we stumbled upon the brand name and the price of the classy tote bag. The bag is from the brand Fendi. The super-classy bag comes with a whopping price of Rs. 1,33,293 lakhs as per a report in Vogue.
