In an interview with ETimes, Paras Kalnawat talked about his fight with ex-girlfriend, Uorfi Javed at the launch party of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 10. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that he and Uorfi didn't really fight at the party. Rather, they were very cordial. Further, Paras said that since the music was loud and they had to scream in order to converse, it seemed like he and Uorfi were fighting. In his words:
"We didn't fight at the party. In fact, she walked up to me and spoke to me nicely. People assumed that we were screaming at each other because the music was too loud and we had to literally shout to be heard. She even uploaded a story on her Instagram praising my performance on JDJ."
Further, Paras talked about his present relationship status with Uorfi Javed. Elaborating on the same, the actor revealed that he has no hard feelings for her and he respects her. Paras even mentioned that though his relationship with Uorfi was short-lived, it was really special to him as it was his first. Further, he said that they both are cordial, and he even seeks her advice when in doubt. Paras mentioned:
"I harbour no ill feelings against Uorfi. I dated her for six months, around five years ago. Though it was short-lived, it was my first relationship. So, I obviously went gaga over her. But it ended, and I moved on. As long as people who matter to me know me, and I know myself as a person, being called possessive doesn't affect me. I have many female friends because they know that I won't ever overstep the line. I don't know what was going on in Urfi's life when she said that about me. Today, we are cordial and respect each other. I message her when I am in doubt. I take suggestions from her. Both of us are in a good space in life."

Earlier, in a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, internet star and actress, Uorfi Javed had opened up about her relationship with ex-boyfriend, Paras Kalnawat. She had mentioned that they had dated each other five years ago, but their relationship ended on a bad note. Uorfi had even revealed that Paras was extremely possessive. In her words:
"One should not let a guy control themselves, especially the clothes and the way you are. If I would be with him, I would not be Urfi Javed today. I understand sometimes partners have a hard time accepting who you are but don't date a bad bitch. Don't date me to change me. It is necessary to change yourself a little in a relationship, but it should not exceed to a point that it becomes suffocating."
