Palak Purswani and her ex-fiance, Avinash Sachdev were once counted among the most loving couples in the entertainment industry. Moreover, the ex-couple was even set to tie the knot, however, destiny had other plans. They got separated on an ugly note, which came as a shock to their fans. Moreover, Palak hit all the headlines after she participated as a contestant in the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss OTT season 2, alongside other housemates, including her ex-beau, Avinash Sachdev. However, she got evicted recently. And now, she opened up about her eviction, ex-boyfriend and much more.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Palak Purswani opened up about her ex-boyfriend, Avinash Sachdev. Talking about him, the actress revealed how she got angry when she saw a video of Avinash and Jiya Shankar discussing her after she came out of the 'Strange House'. She also stated that she regrets not seeing his real face in the house as he pretended to be wise. Elaborating on how he lied about their relationship, Palak said:
"The only thing I regret is that I wish I knew about this because, in front of me, he would behave like a 'Sati Savitri.' That man literally has the guts to say that I was out of love, and after that whatever I do was my life. I saw that in the episode once I got back."

Further, in the same conversation, Palak mentioned that she would have confronted Avinash if she had known about the incident earlier. The Splistvilla fame also said that she would have taught her ex-boyfriend a lesson for spreading lies about their breakup. In her words:
"Had I known about that incident, I would have really given it back. Somewhere, I am still filled with rage that my journey is left incomplete. I could have given back to that guy also and taught him one lesson for the way he's lying out there. I am disappointed that I could have done so much but I couldn't."
Earlier, Palak's best friend, Simran Budharup had also reacted to Avinash and Jiya's video and slammed the former for lying about their breakup. She had taken to her Instagram stories and shared a clip from the same episode, where Avinash and Jiya were seen discussing Palak. Along with it, she even penned a long and slammed Avinash for cheating on Palak when they were still engaged.

In one of the episodes of BB OTT 2, Palak had shared her love story with Avinash with her co-contestants, Aaliya Siddiqui and Akanksha Puri. Talking about the same, the actress revealed how they met through a common friend five years ago. She also mentioned that there were too many similarities between them because of which they instantly bonded. Mentioning how they both love butter chicken, Palak had said:
"We met through a common friend five years ago. I'd just come out of a relationship, I'd broken up with someone four months ago. I am a people's person and I wanted to get into a relationship. Our mutual friend introduced us to each other and he asked if I am Sindhi and single. He then came up to me and asked what do you like eating, and I replied Butter Chicken and he also loves it. There were too many similarities."
