Ousmane Dembele has been married to Rima Edbouche, who is French of Moroccan descent and works as a fashion influencer and entrepreneur. She has also launched a clothing brand called Razalae, which focuses on elegant, Islamic-inspired fashion that blends contemporary style with Moroccan heritage. Apart from all these, she has even built a following on TikTok and Instagram for her lifestyle and fashion content.
Notably, Ousmane and Rima have preferred to keep their relationship away from the limelight. This is one of the reasons why details about their first meeting remain unknown. But certain reports have claimed that they started dating sometime in 2016, during the early stages of Ousmane’s professional career.
After being romantically linked for five years, the couple tied the knot in a traditional Moroccan ceremony on December 24, 2021. The wedding was reported to be an intimate ceremony, and a lot of information about the occasion was not shared anywhere. Furthermore, Ousmane’s teammates were allegedly unaware of the fact that he was in a relationship with someone.
Back in 2022, the couple had a child. Although the identity of the child has not been made official, it has been revealed that the duo has been the parents of a daughter. Some reports have stated that Ousmane also played for Barcelona against Elche hours after the child was born.

As mentioned, Ousmane Dembele lifted the FIFA World Cup in 2018. Furthermore, the French team also emerged as the runners-up a few years ago in 2022. However, the team later had to face defeat while playing against Argentina.
Back in January 2026, Ousmane Dembele received the Best Men’s Player Award at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai. He addressed how he is preparing to take the World Cup in 2026, as he said:
“We know what it takes to go all the way and we’re going to try to do everything to bring the trophy home. We know we have a mission in the United States. We’ve been talking about this World Cup for a long time now and I think we’ll be ready for the occasion.”
In another interview in June 2026, Ousmane said that winning another World Cup is an “absolute pinnacle,” adding that it is the greatest trophy ever for any player who defends his country. However, he also stated that the team has to stay focused because the competition is going to be tough.
