For the event, Bloom wore a black suit and posed for the paps in his charismatic self. However, his fans and social media users were not convinced by the actor’s look, as they felt he had aged. The fine lines that appeared on Bloom’s face were prevalent, and they completely changed his overall look. Many onlookers felt that Bloom appeared to have "aged" more than they might have expected.
As soon as the pictures made their way on social media, users started voicing their shock about Orlando’s changed appearance. The conversation surrounding Bloom on X soon turned brutal. One of the users asked, “In what sense is this Orlando Bloom?” Another user commented, “Katy has been rejuvenated by 143 years, and he has aged by 1432 years, and this is the ending he deserves.” Many compared his looks to those of his ex-girlfriend, Katy Perry.
Orlando Bloom’s upcoming movie, Reset, has faced many issues, including troubled production, shrinking budgets, and location changes. Because of all these issues, the actor exited the project. The film, which also stars Priyanka Chopra, was originally set to be directed by Matt Smukler, but he left the project as well. After Bloom’s exit from the film, the entire blame was placed on him; however, a source insisted that the actor shouldn’t be blamed.

Katy Perry met Orlando Bloom at a Golden Globes afterparty in 2016, and within four months, the pair made their relationship Instagram official. In 2017, Perry and Bloom broke up, but they remained friends and reconciled in 2018. In 2018, Bloom proposed to Perry, and in 2020, the couple announced their pregnancy.
They were supposed to get married in 2020 but had to shelve the plan due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The couple welcomed their daughter in 2020 and went on to have some of the most cherished moments with her. However, the couple called off their engagement in 2025 and parted ways. A source close to the couple claimed that their split was inevitable, as their relationship had been breaking down for months.
After her broken engagement, Katy was heartbroken and devastated, as getting over Bloom was the ‘hardest’ thing for her. Speaking about the same in an interview, Katy said, “I went through a ton, and there were days that were really, really, really, really hard.”
After their breakup, Perry began dating Justin Trudeau; on the other hand, Bloom is currently dating Swiss model Luisa Laemmel. Bloom and Laemmel were first linked after attending the Super Bowl together in February 2026, and they have since been spotted on several getaways in Italy and Spain.
