Taking to their Instagram, Olivia and McCaffrey announced on October 10, 2026, that their son, Roman Augustus, was born on September 29, 2026. The two are also parents to their 14-month-old daughter, Colette. Amid this, people have grown curious to know about the age gap between Olivia and her husband, Christian McCaffrey.

According to reports, Olivia Culpo was born on May 8, 1992, and her husband, Christian McCaffrey, was born on June 7, 1996. If the report is believed to be true, then Olivia is 4 years older than her husband, McCaffrey. For the uninitiated, Christian McCaffrey is the running back for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL.
Inside Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey's relationship
Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey sparked dating speculation back in May 2019. For those unaware, in May 2019, NFL reporter Dov Kleiman hinted that Culpo and McCaffrey might be seeing one another when he dropped a screenshot of one of Culpo's Instagram posts that the San Francisco 49ers running back liked. In the same year, in July 2019, Olivia and McCaffrey were seen vacationing together in Mexico.
The couple never shied away from expressing their love for each other. On February 14, 2020, on Valentine’s Day, Olivia called Christian McCaffrey her best friend. She thanked him for changing her life. She wrote:
"Happy Valentine's Day to my best friend. Thank you for changing my life and showing me the kind of love I always wanted but never thought was possible. You are the definition of an answered prayer. I am the luckiest girl in the world."
On June 22, 2022, the couple reached a milestone in their relationship: three years of dating. Expressing her love for the NFL star, Olivia posted a series of photos of them. Along with the carousel, Olivia wrote a heartfelt note. She mentioned that three years ago, in 2019, when she was not interested in getting into a relationship, her best friends, Kristen and Tyler, called her and asked if she would be willing to meet their friend, Christian. Initially, Culpo was hesitant as she was not sure whether to get into a relationship again.
Even though she did not have high expectations, Olivia realized that she should not shut herself off from love or let her past fears stop her from finding happiness. She expressed gratitude to her inner voice that told her to give love another chance. She wrote:
"The yin to my yang, you are the epitome of strength through humility. Thank you for being my rock and restoring my faith in love. You are everything I ever dreamed of and more."
Olivia, who had a strict rule not to date athletes, shared in a 2022 interview with Entertainment Tonight that McCaffrey was just the best, and she felt like he was really everything that the model could ever ask for. Cut to April 2023, the couple got engaged. During their vacation at Amangiri in Utah, the NFL player got down on one knee and proposed to his lady love, Culpo.
Olivia and the NFL star tied the knot on June 29, 2024, at a chapel in Rhode Island. Next year, in March 2025, the model announced her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump for the first time in an Instagram post. The couple welcomed their daughter, Colette Annalise, in July 2025. The two have completed their family by welcoming their second baby, a boy, on September 29, 2026.
