Nusrat Jahan had embraced motherhood on August 26, 2021, with the arrival of her baby boy. For the longest time, there was a mystery around her baby’s father as her ex-husband, Nikhil Jain had clearly stated that it wasn’t his. It was Nusrat’s son’s birth certificate that had revealed his name to be Yishaan Dasgupta and his father’s name to be Yash Dasgupta, who is her boyfriend.
A few days back, Nusrat Jahan had celebrated her first Diwali with her son, Yishaan Dasgupta and on this occasion, she had shared the first glimpse of her baby boy as the family of three had twinned in purple outfits. Nusrat had taken to her Instagram stories to drop two pictures. One picture was of her and Yash Dasgupta, where he was seen wearing a purple kurta and white pyjama set, and Nusrat was looking stunning in a purple saree. In another picture, Nusrat had shared the first glimpse of her son and had added a ''Happy Diwali'' sticker atop it.

Well, while it’s been almost three months since Yishaan’s birth, Nusrat has ensured to keep his identity hidden. However, not anymore as a fan page shared a Reel revealing Nusrat’s son, Yishaan’s face. The fan page made a Reel on the trending sound, which adds father, mother and baby’s pictures, revealing Yishaan’s face. Nusrat shared the Reel on her IG stories, confirming that the baby in the picture is her son, Yishaan only. Check out:
There were a lot of controversies regarding the identity of Yishaan's father as Nusrat had not disclosed the same for quite some time. Amid all the fiasco, a report by Times Now had revealed Yishaan's father's name. The child's birth certificate had mentioned the father's name as Yash Dasgupta, who is Nusrat Jahan's boyfriend. The certificate had revealed the baby's name as Yishaan J Dasgupta and the father's name as Debashish Dasgupta, which is Yash's original name.

When Yash Dasgupta had turned 36 in October 2021, his girlfriend, Nusrat Jahan, had celebrated his birthday in an intimate manner. On her IG stories, she had shared two pictures from the celebrations, confirming that her child’s father is Yash. In one picture, we could see the beautiful monochrome two-tier cake, in which, the first tier had showcased her bond with Yash with ‘Husband’ mentioned on it and the other one had depicted his bond with his child, which had mentioned ‘Dad’. The second picture was from their intimate dinner date.
In an interview with ETimes, Yash Dasgupta had shared how he had wanted the baby but had left the final decision on Nusrat. He had said:
“I didn’t flinch when she told me. I just asked her if she wanted to go ahead with it. It’s not my body it’s hers. She needed to decide. I told her I’d never leave her side irrespective of her decision. I wanted to have the baby but couldn’t have forced my decision on her. She even told me that if you want nothing to do with the baby, it’s okay, I’ll keep the baby."
