In the year 2020, despite the pandemic, we had witnessed many celebrities tying the knot and proving that there is no power in the world that can stop love from blooming. While we had enjoyed watching many weddings and their shor-sharaaba, there was one union that was unveiled two months after the wedding. Well, it was none-other-than, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan fame, Niti Taylor, who had surprisingly shocked her fans with her wedding announcement. It was on August 13, 2019, when Niti Taylor had introduced her beau, Parikshit Bawa to the world by announcing her engagement and after one year, the actress had tied the knot with him in a hush-hush, Gurudwara wedding. It was on October 6, 2020, when Niti had announced her intimate Gurudwara wedding with Parikshit and had shared a wedding video along with a few pictures from the ceremony. While Niti had announced her wedding after almost two months, she had posted a lot of pictures on her social media handles since then. Announcing her marriage, Niti had posted a beautiful picture with her husband, Parikshit Bawa, in their wedding ensembles. Mrs Bawa had captioned it with the song, Mere Liye Tum Kaafi Ho from the film, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan. Niti had written, “MRS Niti Parikshit Bawa Tum kuch adhure se, Hum bhi kuch aadhe, Aadha aadha hum jo dono mila de, To ban jayegi apni ek jindgani, Ye duniya mile na mile hum ko, Khushiya bhaga dengi har gham ko, Tum saath ho phir kya baaki hai, Mere liye tum kaafi ho #partitayles.” Niti had also posted a solo picture of herself and had captioned it as “Once in a lifetime you meet someone who changes Everything.”
Now, after almost 5 months of their wedding and with a lot of persuasions, Niti has finally managed to get her husband, Parikshit Bawa on-screen and narrate their filmy love story. In the video, we can see Niti happily bragging that her saasu-maa was her class teacher and she used to feel proud knowing that her son, Parikshit is interested in her. Niti also mentioned how her family was totally bowled by Parikshit’s height and handsome looks. From narrating how they had met for the first time in school in 8th standard to narrating how they had reconnected over Instagram and how he had met Niti again when she was undergoing an operation, the two hilariously narrated their love story. Niti’s wedding had certainly come as a shocker for all her fans, but they were happy too. In an interview with ETimes, Niti Taylor had spilt the beans on her wedding and had said, "We had a ceremony at a gurudwara in Gurgaon, which was attended only by our parents and immediate family. The decision to tie the knot on August 13 was taken on August 6, which gave me just a week to prepare for my big day. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Niti had revealed if things have changed between her and Parikshit post-marriage. She had shared, “Everybody keeps asking me this, it’s actually going really well! Things do change, I told Parikshit ‘I have not seen this side of yours’, he is extremely caring as a person. He came more protective and loving. If I get hurt, the care shown to me is amazing. This is all I wanted my whole life and I got it. I wanted someone who will do all these things for me. I wait for him to come back from work in the evening, so we can eat together.
