For the unversed, the duo had tied the knot on September 3, 2014, and after being in marital bliss for seven years, they were blessed with a beautiful daughter.
The much-in-love couple, Kratika Sengar and Nikitin Dheer had announced their 'good news' on November 13, 2021. Since then, they have been dropping adorable glimpses documenting every tiny matter of their lives on their respective social media handles. For instance, on May 3, 2022, the ever-so-gorgeous actress, had taken to her IG handle and had dropped a series of jaw-dropping photos from her maternity photo shoot. In the pictures, Kratika had looked dreamy as she had flaunted her full-grown baby bump and, sharing them, she had written:
"Thankful, Grateful, Blessed."

A few moments back, Nikitin Dheer took to his IG handle and announced the arrival of his and his darling wife, Kratika Sengar's daughter, Devika Dheer. Sharing a starry rainbow picture, he mentioned the date and name of his just-born daughter. Atop it, Nikitin mentioned, "And so the adventure begins. We welcome our baby girl. Devika Dheer. 12/05/2022." And sharing it, he wrote:
"We feel blessed to share with you the arrival of our darling daughter! -Dheers #harharmahadevom."
The much-in-love couple, Kratika Sengar had also opened up about her excitement upon embracing parenthood for the first time on May 12, 2022. In a conversation with the ETimes, Kratika had shared that she and her husband, Nikitin Dheer are extremely happy, and their respective families are pouring immense love on them. The couple has been married for seven years, and becoming parents for the first time is indeed a special moment for them. Talking about the same, Kratika had said:
"Nikitin is on a cloud and I don't even know the number! He is very excited to become a father and I feel extremely blessed and grateful that I will become a mother soon. This is a new phase and our entire family was waiting for a new member in our family. It will be a new phase in our lives because this is our first child. We have been married for seven years and this was a big surprise for us. We jumped with joy and our families are extremely happy about this."

Earlier, during the last trimester, Kratika had opened up about her and her husband, Nikitin Dheer's decision to embrace parenthood in a conversation with the ETimes. The actress had thrown light on the duo's doubts and concerns about embracing parenthood during the COVID-19 lockdown. She had mentioned:
"During lockdown every other person was having babies and getting married. But for us it was not that case. Nikitin and I were not at all in that mind frame to get pregnant or have babies as everyone was losing their loved ones. It was such a difficult time. We were not even sure of the future. How could we even think of having a new life into this world."
