Television couple, Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode embraced parenthood for the first time on July 25, 2023, with the arrival of their twins. Since then, they have been enjoying every bit of their parental journey and proof of the same is found on their respective social media handles. Although the doting parents didn't reveal their babies' faces and names, recently, they hosted a naamkaran ceremony for the little ones. Now, the newbie mommy gave an insight into the same ceremony.
Taking to her IG stories, on September 3, 2023, Pankhuri Awasthy shared a video from the traditional naamkaran ceremony hosted inside her home for her twin babies. The video began with Pankhuri showing the beautiful decorations, along with the singers' troop who came for the intimate ceremony. She was seen wearing a gorgeous white and golden saree paired with a broad necklace and matching earrings.

In the same video, we can spot Pankhuri's husband, Gautam Rode, who opted for a casual look, donning a striped shirt and blue pants. The video also showed the presence of their other family members. Moreover, the doting parents were seen being seated in front of the pandit ji, who was chanting various mantras for the sake of the ceremony. Atop the video, she wrote:
“NaamKaran sanskar.”
On August 31, 2023, Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode collaboratively took to their respective IG handles and shared a beautiful glimpse of their twin babies. In the picture, their baby girl was seen tying the first-ever rakhi on her baby brother's hand. Though the babies' faces were not visible in the photo, a glimpse of their cutesy ensembles was given. They look cute as a button in ethnic kurtas. Sharing the priceless picture, the newbie parents penned:
"First #rakshabandhan of our babies."

Earlier, taking to their respective IG handles, on July 31, 2023, Pankhuri and her husband, Gautam posted the first-ever picture with their newborn babies. In the picture, Pankhuri was seen carrying her kids in her arms, while Gautam looked at them in awe of the little ones. The picture was clicked at the beautifully decorated entrance of their home, featuring a rose-petal carpet and lots of balloons. All the decorations were done by their family for the arrival of the newbie parents, along with their little ones for the first time in their home. Sharing the adorable picture, the doting parents mentioned:
"There are years that ask questions and then there are years that answer them!"
