Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are newbie parents in Tinseltown as they were blessed with a daughter on November 6, 2022. Reportedly, the actress gave birth to a baby girl via C-section at Mumbai's HN Reliance Foundation Hospital. Currently, the Bhatt-Kapoor clan is on cloud nine as Alia and Ranbir's little wonder has brought immense happiness to their family.
On November 10, 2022, Alia Bhatt and her newborn daughter got discharged from the hospital, and they were spotted leaving the hospital with their family members. In the videos doing rounds on the internet, we could see the paps blocking the roads to click pictures of the mommy-daughter duo. However, they failed to get a clear glimpse of Alia and Ranbir's princess as she was cuddled up in her daddy's lap, wrapped in a pink-hued swaddle.

On November 9, 2022, Alia Bhatt’s mother, Soni Razdan attended the special screening of the upcoming film, Uunchai in Mumbai, and opened up about her granddaughter for the first time. During the event, while interacting with the paps, the new grandmother was asked if she was giving any tips to her daughter, Alia Bhatt. To which, Soni said that she has been sharing a lot of tips with Alia and mentioned that the latter has to discover a lot of things for herself. In her words:
“Haan bohut sare tips dete rehte hai. Ek ma hoon mein, tips kaise nahi doongi, bohut sari tips dee hain. Of course, she (Alia) is a mother, she has to discover a lot of things for herself, which she will.”
Soni Razdan also talked about Alia's newborn daughter and shared that she's a blessing from nature. Mentioning that both the baby and the mother are safe and sound, Soni added that they were only worried about Alia and her baby's well-being. Revealing that they are very very happy, the newbie nani said:
“Aap keh sakte hain yeh ek daan hai, blessing hain, kudrat ka daan hai. We’re just very, very happy, thankful and grateful that everything has gone off well. Baby is good, mother is good. Everybody is safe. Yeh sab darr hota hai jab kisi ka bachcha paida hone wala hai. This is what we pray for that everything should be okay, sab sahi salamat ho jaye. And of course, we are very, very happy.”

The Kapoor-Bhatt clan is beaming with excitement after the arrival of Alia and Ranbir's little munchkin into their lives. On November 6, 2022, the newbie dadi, Neetu Kapoor was spotted at her residence as she returned from the hospital, and the shutterbugs bombarded her with questions. When one of the paps asked Neetu if the baby girl resembles Alia or Ranbir, she gave a beautiful response. Neetu could be heard saying:
"Abhi choti hai na. Abhi to bohot choti hai. Aaj hi hui na to abhi pata nahi itna but very cute."
