January 22, 2023, marked the could be 43rd wedding anniversary of Neetu Kapoor and her late husband, Rishi Kapoor. For the unversed, the duo got married in 1980 in a grand wedding affair. Later, the couple embraced parenthood after the birth of their daughter, Ridhima Kapoor Sahani on September 15, 1980. However, their family got completed after they welcomed their son, Ranbir Kapoor on September 28, 1982. Neetu and Rishi Kapoor lived blissfully until the veteran actor lost his life to a prolonged disease in 2020. And today, on their wedding anniversary, the actress remembered her husband with an old family photograph.
On January 22, 2023, Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and shared a throwback picture from her kids, Ranbir and Ridhima's childhood to mark her and Rishi Kapoor's wedding anniversary. In the old family photograph, we can spot Rishi Kapoor, his wife, Neetu Kapoor, their daughter, Ridhima and their son, Ranbir. In the picture, the actress can be seen donning blue-hued checkered shorts paired with a white T-shirt. On the other hand, Rishi Kapoor wore a graphic T-shirt with Mickey Mouse on it. Little Ranbir and Ridhima can be seen flaunting their causal outfits, which they had teamed with caps. The family looked adorable as they posed happily for the camera. Along with the picture, Neetu Kapoor wrote:
"Time fliessss.....Only memories....."

Soon after Neetu Kapoor shared the picture, her fans and friends from the industry flooded the comment section of the post with cutesy reactions. Her daughter, Ridhima Kapoor Sahani reacted to the pictures and dropped heart emojis. Bollywood actor, Abhishek Bachchan also dropped a heart emoji in the comment section of the post. Moreover, Ranbir Kapoor's fan pages also reacted to Neetu's picture. One of his fan pages wrote, "Beautiful memories." Another commented, "Such a beautiful picture!!"
A few hours ago, Ridhima Kapoor Sahani too shared a throwback picture on her IG story to mark her parents, Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor's wedding anniversary. The picture featured Neetu Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and their kids, Ridhima and Ranbir. In the picture, we can see Neetu Kapoor donning a green-hued silk saree. On the other hand, her husband, Rishi Kapoor wore a white-hued kurta-pyjama set. However, it was their kids, Ridhima and Ranbir, who stole the show with their ensembles and cutesy facial expressions.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Neetu Kapoor had revealed how the demise of her loving life partner, Rishi Kapoor, has made her hopeless about life. She had mentioned that after losing him, she was lost and did not know how to recover. Talking about the same, she also mentioned that after her husband's death, she started socialising with people because she wanted to keep herself busy.

For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh had taken their wedding vows in 1980. We had got hold of some black-and-white pictures of Neetu from her chooda ceremony and her wedding day, and we couldn't help but drool over how beautiful she was looking in her bridal ensemble! For the chooda ceremony, Neetu could be seen surrounded by her friends, including Rekha, helping the then-bride-to-be with the ritual.
