Social media is a wonderful tool, and these days, it has become an indispensable part of our lives. With the ease of accessibility, it has become much easier for common people to interact with their favourite celebrities and get glimpses of their lives on social media. Be it Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, the celebs often take to their social media handles to give their fans a sneak peek into their lives. However, some celebs prefer to stay away from the social media, and one of them is the heartthrob of the Tinseltown, Ranbir Kapoor.

Bollywood actor, Ranbir Kapoor is the son of veteran actors, Neetu Kapoor and late Rishi Kapoor. He had broken millions of hearts when he had tied the knot with his ladylove, Alia Bhatt. While his mommy, Neetu and wifey, Alia are avid social media users, Ranbir is not on any social media platform for the reasons best known to him. In an interview with Film Companion, Neetu Kapoor talked about dealing with trolls, and revealed that people troll her for celebrating her life after the death of her hubby, late Rishi Kapoor. The actress shared that she blocks that section of people immediately and added that everybody has a different way of healing. She said:

"I block the ones who troll me because you know thode hote hai beech mein ke 'husband marr gaya, ye enjoy kar rahi hai.' They want to see that crying widow type, there is some section of people but I just block them. I say this is the way I want to be, this is the way I will be, this the way I will heal. Koi log ro ro ke heal karte hai, koi log khush ho ke heal karte hai."

"I cannot forget my husband. He'll be here, with me, with my children all our lives. Even today when we meet for a meal, half of the time you're only discussing him, that is how we miss him. But we don't have to be sad to miss him. We can celebrate him. We can remember him for good times and what a great person he was."

Earlier, reports were rife that Ranbir Kapoor would make his debut on Instagram by announcing his marriage and would share their wedding photos. However, it didn't happened. Now, during the same interview, Ranbir's mommy, Neetu talked about the same and shared that she feels that it is the right thing. She mentioned that when actors give their fans an insight into their personal lives, the curiosity of their fans to see them on the silver screen decreases. In her words:

"With celebrities becoming more accessible, it has reduced the craze of fans to see them on screen. So thinking from that perspective, I feel Ranbir has done the right thing by staying away from Instagram."
