Popular South Indian actress, Nayanthara, who was recently seen in the 2023 film, Jawan, alongside Shah Rukh Khan, got married to film director, Vignesh Shivan in June 2022. Later, the couple was blessed with twin boys in October of the same year. Both Nayanthara and Vignesh often give sneak peeks into their beautiful familial lives on their respective social media accounts. However, a couple of days back, the actress’ cryptic post fuelled speculations of some troubles in their marriage.
However, contrary to the speculations, Nayanthara and Vignesh are not really facing any troubles in their marriage. A source talked to Hindustan Times and revealed that there are no such problems between the two. In fact, the couple has been going strong as they have been enjoying every moment of their lives with their two sons. The source said:
“Contrary to the reports, the couple is not going through a tough time. Instead, they are going strong, and enjoying as well as cherishing every moment spent with their kids- Uyir and Ulagam, who have brought them closer in so many ways.”

Last week, Nayanthara’s fans noticed that she had unfollowed her husband, Vignesh, on Instagram. A Reddit user shared a screenshot of the same on the discussion platform, and from there, speculations of trouble in their marriage blew up. Things took a more serious turn when the actress shared a cryptic post on her Instagram stories. The post can be read as:
"She's gonna forever say 'I got this' even with tears in her eyes."
In the same report, the source further mentioned that Nayanthara had indeed unfollowed her husband, but the reason behind the same is not known yet. The insider mentioned that some people thought it must be a PR gimmick, while others believed it to be some technical glitch. However, the actress followed him back as soon as she got to know about it. The source added:
“It’s true that Vignesh was removed from her follower list, and the reason behind it is very convoluted. Some people believe that they are planning to launch a joint product together, and the step was to create a pre-buzz about it. While some believe that there was a technical glitch due to which he was removed from her follower list. She followed him back as soon as she got to know about the growing buzz, and connotation around it.”

Further into the report, the same source talks about how Nayanthara and Vignesh have been enjoying their lives as husband and wife and parents. For the same reason, the duo is not taking up many projects at present. The source further mentioned that the rumours of their separation worried everyone and now people would more keenly scrutinise their posts. The source said:
“They have been together for a while, and are really enjoying this phase as a husband and wife as well as parents. That’s one of the reasons they are not taking a lot of projects in hand, and want to be with their kids at the moment. There is no denying that the separation rumours have got everyone worried. They are going strong, but people will be looking at their moves and posts, looking for hints. So, they will be cautious about it as well.”
Taking to her Instagram account a few hours back, the popular South Indian actress even shared a video on her stories. In the video, a flautist could be seen playing the song, Maruvaarthai, and Nayanthara could be seen getting all emotional and embracing Vignesh.
