North West recently dressed up as Bad Girls Club star Natalie Nunn for her Halloween 2026 look. North went for an elongated chin look using prosthetics to make her face similar to Natalie. The latter does have a slender face with a slightly long chin, but North's representation was a bit exaggerated and caricature-like, which many found disrespectful. A day later, Natalie returned the homage by dressing up as North.
Natalie embodied the 13-year-old's signature goth look by donning a similar all-black outfit, including black boots, black nails, and the iconic long blue pigtail wig. Natalie shared the look on TikTok in a video, grooving to punk rock music and making facial expressions like North. However, what caught netizens' attention was her knee bends to imitate North West.
North's nod to Natalie failed to impress netizens, although the person involved took the matter lightly. However, her recent counter-nod to North seemed to many to be her real reaction to the teenager's alleged mockery of her chin. Kim Kardashian and Kanye's daughter has a habit of bending her knees inward while posing for photos, as seen in her video updates. Natalie did the same and even put on band-aids in the knees to draw attention to that part.

Redditors and X (formerly Twitter) users believe Natalie Nunn deliberately bent her knee and shook it to mock what they call North West's "knee symptom." An online user wrote, "Not the knock knees." "With the bandaids," added another alongwith laughing emoji. Some netizens slammed Kim Kardashian for letting North do the exaggerated chin thing and get exposed to more trolling.
"I think Kim f----d up by letting North dress up as Natalie Nunn and making fun of her chin. North is only 13 and it's just going to open her up to a lot of criticism and bullying." They added, "I don't even think that's what Natalie is doing here, but I've already seen a lot of people joking about North's knees."
Another wrote, "When I see guys like walk that I get major ick." Some claimed that Natalie would never have let go of North cosplaying her in an exaggerated way without giving the teen a befitting reply.
An online user stated, "I don't think anyone understands that not even kids are safe from Natalie. She will go there." Another wrote, "lol my first thought at seeing north do that was what a brave child cuz no way Natalie has no response."
