Taking to her IG handle on July 2, 2023, Namita Thapar shared a video giving an insight into her weekend vibes with her girlfriends. In the video, she was seen tasting some lips-savouring snacks and dessert items. The entire video also featured an aesthetic venue decorated with soft lights and a lavish spread of homemade goodies. In addition, Namita’s food stylist and chef, Shambhu Sharan was also spotted serving her a plate full of delicacies. Moreover, Namita looked stunning in a printed sleeveless dress paired with heels and stud earrings. Sharing the video, she wrote:
“Weekend tea with my girlfriends is always so therapeutic, check out my fun homemade goodies!”

Thus, when she found successful growth in one of her investments, she once again made a Twitter post to update her fans. She shared a picture with the Shark Tank India pitcher on her Twitter handle and penned:
“As sharks, it all comes down to taking a bet on the founder. Today I met Sulay of Bummer, he’s one founder who won my heart with his negotiation skills & poise. He was at 60 lakhs annual sales when he pitched & today he’s exited FY 23 at 11 cr with a current MRR of around 2 cr!”

In a conversation with Raj Shamani, Namita opened up about being an ambitious person. Elaborating more on her journey, Namita shared how she is not an arrogant, egotistical person, despite achieving brilliant success in her life. Thus, she mentioned how people confuse aggression with drive and explained it with some examples. She said:
“You can be the most driven person, the most ambitious person, achieving the most brilliant outcomes, and still not be an arrogant, egotistical person. You don’t have to have a toxic culture to get outcomes. I think it’s all this Bollywood, Hollywood, these stories we read, about the quintessential culture and that the tycoon has to be ruthless, crazy competitive and cutthroat, and back-stabbing if you want to become a top company and achieve results. I have enough examples, enough case studies, India and globally, of people who are very driven, and have got enormous success, without being arrogant and egoistic.”
