Television actor, Nakuul Mehta, and singer, Jankee Parekh Mehta, had a steady 9-year long relationship before they had decided to take their relationship to the next level. After being in marital bliss for 9 years, the couple had embraced parenthood after the arrival of their beautiful son, Sufi Mehta. Currently, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh Mehta are enjoying every moment of their parenthood journey with their little munchkin to the fullest.
On January 3, 2022, when Sufi Mehta had turned 11 months old, his mommy, Jankee Parekh had shared how her baby had courageously fought a battle with the Coronavirus. On her IG handle, Jankee had shared Sufi's picture in a Superman costume. Along with it, she had narrated the story of how after Nakuul and her, their baby boy was grasped by COVID-19. An excerpt from her post could be read as:
"While most of you may know that my husband tested positive 2 weeks ago, I also got the symptoms a couple of days later. I thought not attending my sister’s wedding was the worse that covid could do to me, not realising that what I was about to experience in the coming week were to be the hardest days of my life, yet. Sufi started developing fever a day after I tested positive & it refused to come down in spite of water sponges and medication."

A few moments back, Nakuul Mehta took to his Instagram handle and shared a video of his son, Sufi Mehta, on his IG stories. In the video, we can see the little munchkin sitting on his mother, Jankee Parekh's belly, and the two were enjoying a swing in the garden. Sharing the video, Nakuul mentioned that this was Sufi's favourite thing to do. Atop it, he wrote:
"Just some of our favourite things."
The darling parents, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh often share cute glimpses of their baby boy, Sufi Mehta. On January 19, 2022, Jankee had taken to her IG handle and had shared a playful video of their son playing with a balloon from his daddy’s birthday bash. In the video, little Sufi had donned a blue full-sleeved T-shirt, paired with a white lower and had looked super adorable. Along with the video, Jankee had called him her cutie balloon seller and had written:
"My Balloon Seller at work! Now walking around and distributing pure unadulterated JOY #11monthmilestone #mychampionbaby #growinguptoofast #SufiandMaa.”
Jankee had also shared a boomerang of Sufi’s fun-loving banter on her IG stories. She had mentioned how her little munchkin was wandering around with his daddy’s birthday balloons. She had captioned the boomerang as:
“Hanging all day with his Dadda’s birthday balloon @babysufim.”

On January 17, 2022, Jankee Parekh had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a series of pictures with her husband, Nakuul Mehta, and son, Sufi Mehta to wish a happy birthday to Nakuul. In the first few pictures, Jankee and Nakuul were seen enjoying with ballons while cuddling each other and posing for pictures. In one of the pictures, we had seen little Sufi, in Jankee’s arms while the family of three had posed for a selfie. Along with the pictures, Jankee had written a long note for her hubby, which could be read as:
“To my Invincible, Unstoppable, Trailblazer and the Best Dada Sufi could have asked for in the whole wide world. You are born to do only great things in this life, so go achieve them while Sufi and I stand by you, smile with you and love you through every single moment of it all. Happiest birthday baby @nakuulmehta. ”
After revealing Sufi’s face, the loving parents had shared pictures of their handsome baby boy as he had turned 9 months old. The star parents had shared a surreal picture of their ‘sunshine’. In the picture, Sufi had looked adorable wearing a sweater and looking straight into the camera. Along with the picture, the parents had penned, how Sufi is clueless about why his parents get mushy on this date every month. The caption could be read as:
“Hi, This is Sufi again. I am 9 months old today. Can now safely say that have spent more time outside than inside and I’m kinda digging it. Not sure why my folks get all mushy this day, every month. Isn’t this just natural progression of life or are they just lovestruck.. I’m still figuring this world but wanted to quickly say, thank you for the blessings you are going to send my way… P.S - Not sure why my folks are obsessed with my old photos. I guess it would be weird if you knew that they made me wear a sweater in monsoons just cause I looked cute in it..”
For the unversed, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh had exchanged the wedding vows in a grand traditional ceremony on January 28, 2012.
