"I think The Family Man series."
For those who don't know, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was part of the second season of The Family Man. The series marked her OTT debut, where she played the part of the main antagonist. Without any doubt, not just Chaitanya but the entire country was swooned away by the diva's performance in the series. For the unversed, the series also featured some of the most talented actors, including Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi, Dalip Tahil, Sunny Hinduja, and Shreya Dhanwanthary.
Earlier, in an interview with a Telugu YouTube channel, Prema - the Journalist, Chaitanya opened up on his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned that what happened in his marriage was unfortunate, but he has immense respect for the time that he spent with his ex-wife. Elaborating more about it, Chaitanya said:
"Whatever happened in my personal life with my marriage, that's very unfortunate. But I have immense respect for that phase of my life. It is due to the media reportage and how they've portrayed everything by speculating and spreading rumours, the whole respect is lost, diminished in the public eye. This is what hurt me a lot."
Earlier, in a candid conversation with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Samantha talked about her failed marriage with Naga Chaitanya. Revealing how she fell ill soon after parting ways with Chaitanya, the actress mentioned she hit a low time. Elaborating on how she went through a difficult phase for two years post her divorce, Samantha said:
"When I hit an all-time low of, well, a failed marriage, and my health and work were getting affected, it was like a triple whammy; boom, boom, boom. You know, people go down for far less than what I endured for the last two years or so. During that time, I read about actors who have gone through health issues and made a comeback, or suffered trolling or anxiety. And reading their stories helped me. It gave me strength to know that if they did it, I can, too."
