Zac Affleck addresses video where he tells Jen Affleck her breasts were ‘sagging’
On Thursday, November 5, 2026, Jen Affleck posted a throwback video on TikTok amid her ongoing divorce from Zac Affleck. Over the clip, the reality star wrote, “POV: your [sic] two weeks postpartum trying to be an influencer.” What shocked fans the most about the clip was when Zac can be heard saying:
“I hope you're not making a TikTok looking like that…Your boobs are literally like…Your tits are sagging all over. You don't want to post that, baby, I can tell you that right now.”
Jen seemingly posted the video to show fans how her estranged husband truly was behind the scenes. In the caption, Jen wrote, “He was never my biggest supporter.” Her words appeared to refer to Zac's video earlier that day about their divorce, where he said he would continue to be Jen’s “biggest fan.”
After Jen’s video started gaining traction, fans quickly called out Zac for his behavior. One user quizzed the 30-year-old about Jen's upload in the comments section of his video, writing, “As much as I don’t like Jen... if my husband told me my boobs were ‘saggy’ 2 weeks after giving birth, I’d never forgive him.” As the backlash against him continued to grow, Zac Affleck was forced to address it.

He pointed out that the video Jen uploaded was from a few years back, reportedly from 2022. But despite this, Zac acknowledged that what he told Jen was horrible and should never have been said. He added that since then he has tried his best to learn and grow. In his words:
“This was a video from 2022. Obviously horrible and should have never been said. When I saw the video today, I was absolutely shocked I had said that. I said a lot of horrible and hurtful things, but I have tried my best to learn and grow.”

He revealed that he found out about Jen filing for divorce from a TMZ reporter. However, he admitted that she had already told him about being unhappy in their marriage almost a year ago. He shared:
“Anyways, so yes, it is true that Jen filed for divorce yesterday, and it is true that I found out from a TMZ reporter about the filing, but regardless of that, this is something we’ve been talking about for a long time. Jen came to me about a year ago after Dancing with the Stars and told me she was unhappy and wanted a divorce, and I basically begged her to stay.”
