The couple welcomed their baby boy on November 21, 2018, and named him Karrma. However, Udita didn’t disclose the news of her pregnancy till the time the baby was born. In fact, she shared the pictures from her maternity shoot on Instagram after it. Along with the pictures, she wrote, “What kept me busy and missing in action.” Check out the picture here:
The new mom, Udita turned a year older on February 9, 2019, and her husband, Mohit made sure to make it super special for her. He shared an adorable first family picture, and wrote, “When you’re a mom, you get a front row seat to the best show in town: Watching your kids grow up. From 21 to now .. For those who don’t know, Mohit and Udita made their debut in the industry with Zeher. The two felt the instant connection, became friends and fell in love. The two started dating in 2005 and got married on January 29, 2013, at ISKCON Temple, Juhu. In an interview with NDTV, Mohit had talked about his love story and said, “Frankly, I am not into weddings. I have hardly attended any. Udita and I have been seeing one another for nine years. He further said, “To me the day we decided to get married is more important than the wedding itself. That decision to take the plunge didn't come easily to me. I remember you asking me in the past why Udita and I weren't getting married? Mohit also talked about the equation he shares with his then-girlfriend, Udita, and stated, “The fact is, Udita can tolerate me even after knowing me for nine years and if she still wants to get married to me it's in spite of knowing the kind of person that I am. She knows if I come to the wedding without completing the film, I'd be very depressed. She is, therefore, taking care of all the details of the wedding.” After two years of marital bliss, the two welcomed a little angel and their first baby in their life and named her Devee Suri.
Mohit is an exceptionally good husband and a great father talked about his life-partner Udita and said, “I don't come from a very conventional background. I've grown up on my own. I am not too conventional in thought or lifestyle. For someone to accept me the way I am, and to deal, live and bear me for nine years is no small achievements. I am lucky to have Udita.
