A lot has been said and written about how the groom’s family can go an extra mile to make his bride feel welcomed at her new home post-marriage. It was on December 11, 2019, when tennis star, Sania Mirza’s entrepreneur sister, Anam Mirza had said ‘Qubool Hai’ to Mohammad Asaduddin, son of Mohammad Azharuddin (former captain of the Indian cricket team) in a traditional nikaah ceremony in Hyderabad. And the following day post their nikaah, Sania had welcomed her jiju, Asad in their family by posting a beautiful picture with the just-married couple. Sania had captioned her post as "Welcome to the family @asad_ab18."
On May 18, 2020, Mohammad Asaduddin turned 30 and to make his quarantine birthday special, his darling wife, Anam Mirza planned a virtual party with their friends and family. Anam and Asad’s friends and family came together on a conference video call to wish him on his birthday. Posting a picture of his birthday cakes, Anam wrote, ‘wanted to get @asad_ab18 a pair of yeezy’s. let’s make do with a cake for now’ and ‘also wanted to gift him a trip, so let’s do it with a cake for that too’ atop her IG story. Here’re the glimpses of how Asad ringed in his 30th birthday:
To mark his birthday, his wife, Anam Mirza, his sister-in-law, Sania Mirza and his nephew, Izhaan Mirza Malik posted some special messages for Mohammad Asaduddin. Anam posted a picture from their dinner date at the Taj Falaknuma Palace and wrote, “Happy birthday baby.” To which, her baby replied, “Thanks my princess” followed by a heart. Posting a picture with her brother-in-law, Sania wrote, “Happy Birthday Assuuuuuu @asad_ab18.” The most special wish came from Sania’s baby boy, Izhaan, which can be read as “Happy Birthday Asad Khaalu. thank you for all the drives together in the ‘caaa-caaaar’ and watching ‘wheels on the bus’ sneakily. I love you @asad_ab18.” (Also Read: Izhaan Mirza Malik Helps Amma, Sania Mirza With Her Yoga, Leaving Her 'No Choice But To Be Flexible')
On February 24, 2020, when Anam Mirza had turned 26, it was her hubby, Mohammad Asaduddin, who had made sure to make it a memorable one for his wife. Even the dear ones of Anam flooded her with heartfelt wishes on social media including her father, Imran Mirza, sister, Sania Mirza, nephew, Izhaan Mirza Malik and needless to mention, her hubby, Asad. Asad had shared a goofy selfie with the birthday girl and had captioned it, “Happy birthday my beautiful wife. Love you.” Anam had commented on his post with an array of heart emoticons. Anam had also celebrated her birthday with her hubby, Asad and their friends and the birthday girl had cut three cakes.
In an interview with the Vogue, Anam Mirza had thrown some light on her love story and wedding with Mohammad Asaduddin. Before Anam, who owns an ad agency and an events company, started dating Asad, a cricketer and a real estate developer, their respective families had fallen in love with them. Anam had elaborated, “Before we even officially started dating, we happened to meet each other’s parents. My folks instantly fell in love with Asad, and same was the case with his family. It’s ironic; everyone around us always knew that we would make the perfect couple. And it turned out to be true. After just a month of getting to know each other, we were sure we wanted to get married.”
How Mohammad Asaduddin had supported Anam Mirza in every decision she had made for the wedding planning, the bride had retorted, “Asad gave me free rein with the wedding planning, though he was very supportive through it all, as were our families and friends. Everything went very smoothly since we had enough time on our hands. Like most Hyderabadi wedding celebrations, it turned out to be a lavish one. For the nikaah alone, we had 500 guests, while at the reception we welcomed over 6,000 attendees, including the chief minister of Telangana, several renowned cricketers, politicians and even names from Bollywood like Farah Khan Kunder, among others.” (Also Read: Sania Mirza's Son, Izhaan Pretends To Like Morning Cuddles For His Mom's Sake, Proves To Be Best Son)
