While Milania has already apologized to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star a few days ago, she is now taking to social media to open up more about her mental health struggles.
Milania Giudice shares an emotional video on Instagram about her mental health
A while ago, Milania Giudice took to Instagram to apologize and opened up for the first time about what she has been going through ever since she entered treatment. For the unversed, Milania was reportedly having suicidal thoughts at the time of her breakdown at the Tampa International Airport on September 23, 2026. Her manager and longtime friend, Maria DeSantis, said that she is “under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family.”
In the raw and emotional video, Milania said that she initially wanted to wait until she looked good, but she soon changed her mind. This is because she believes she is a true and authentic person. While apologizing to her followers for not “using my platform the way I want to use it,” she said:
“Hello, everyone. My name is Milania Giudice, for those who do not know. I was gonna wait to make this video for, like, when I look good or whatever. But honestly, that’s just not me. I’m a very raw, true, authentic person, and that’s who I’m gonna continue to be.”
According to the reality star, ever since she was a kid, she told her parents that she wanted to help people in life. And that hasn't changed, as she still wants to help people by spreading awareness and sharing her story in the way that she wants it to be shared. Milania claimed that her followers had already witnessed some of the worst times of her life. She said:
“Social media is like an onion; you see layers of people’s lives, and you guys, quite frankly, have been seeing the worst, worst times of my life, and it has been the worst time of my life.”
Milania Giudice revealed her mental health disorders, stating that she has bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. She clarified that she is not at all ashamed of her disorders and is currently working on herself. She added:
“I am bipolar, I struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. And I am not ashamed of any of my mental health disorders because I’m currently in a treatment center. My mom’s actually on her way to come visit me today, and I do work on myself. But you know what? I am only 20 years old, and this summer hit me like a bus.”
For those wondering, Milania’s best friend, Victoria Zardoya, died in July 2026 after she suffered a fatal fall. Just two months later, her great-grandmother also passed away before her 99th birthday. Milania’s parents, Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice, have previously acknowledged that she has experienced "tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends.”

Just a few days ago, on October 6, 2026, Milania returned to Instagram with a heartfelt message for her mother, Teresa. This was her first post since her disturbing incident at the airport. Milania reposted a meme on her IG Stories, which read, “The older I get, the more I appreciate how I was raised and who I was raised by.” Beneath it, she addressed the RHONJ star, writing, “You are the best, sorry, mother,” followed by a white heart emoji.
