Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are once again in the limelight. The media has been closely following their shift back to the royal fold from America. For the unversed, it was over six years ago when the couple stepped down as Senior Royals and shifted bases to America. And now, with reports that they have decided to move back to the UK with their kids, Archie and Lilibet, the family is once again in the headlines.

Amid their move, a new report has revealed that Meghan has some extremely rude rules while interviewing the staff for her house.

Meghan Markle has some extremely rude rules while she interviews job-seekers

Meghan Markle's return to the United Kingdom may come with its own set of challenges. According to a Page Six report, the Duchess of Sussex makes it extremely difficult to find household staff willing to work for her. In a conversation with the publication, a source revealed that when Meghan was previously living in the UK, the way she interviewed household staff was "extremely rude".

According to the insider, the applicants were told to hand over their resume and stand silently while Meghan Markle looked them over. They were not allowed to make eye contact with the Duchess, as she evaluated them. The source even alleged that Meghan didn't interact with the applicants or speak with them.

"Applicants would come in to interview for housekeeping or maid positions and were basically forbidden from speaking to her. They would hand over their resume, then be told to stand off to the side of the room, not speak, and not make eye contact while Meghan reviewed it. She wouldn't ask them questions or have any kind of actual conversation with them. She would take her time reading through the resume, look the person up and down, and then simply tell them they could leave."

Meghan Markle's behavior is well-known in the household staffing circles

According to the source, Meghan Markle's behavior is well-known within household staffing circles. The insider revealed that the word is that people remember how Meghan treated them and simply don't want to work for her. The source was quoted as saying:

"This happened with enough people that word absolutely got around among household staff. People remember how they were treated, and there are a lot of people who simply would not want to put themselves in that position and work for her now."

Another source claimed that the stories about the Duchess of Sussex have circulated for years among people who work in private households. They stated that there have been concerns among the household staff about Harry and Meghan coming back to the United Kingdom. The insider said that word has gotten around over the years about what it's like to work for Meghan, and "she has a reputation for being very dismissive and rude to staff." The source added:

"A lot of people in those circles talk, so stories travel. And there are definitely people who would have no interest in working for her because of what they've heard. The assumption is that now that Meghan and Harry are back, Meghan will probably be looking to hire household staff again, but I don't think she's going to have people lining up for those jobs. There's a lot of apprehension about what working in that household would actually be like."

However, a source close to Meghan Markle has denied the allegations. According to the reports, the Suits alum and her husband "have always treated their staff with respect and professionalism." They have alleged that even the suggestion that Meghan interviewed anyone rudely is "categorically untrue." Nonetheless, this is not the first time that reports have gone rife that Meghan has treated her staff badly.
