Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleMegan Fox has been in the headlines since a series of ad campaigns and interviews released in early October 2026, which sparked chatter about her alleged changed look. Megan starred in a bold new advertisement in a red catsuit and was seen in a Letterboxd-released interview, both of which drew intense scrutiny and prompted netizens to call her 'unrecognizable' and ask, 'What happened to her face?'
Unfazed by the chatter, Megan launched a subscription-based channel on Subs.com to connect with fans on a more personal level. It sparked mixed reactions, with many criticizing the amount she is charging for access to her exclusive content.
How much is Megan Fox charging for access to her exclusive paid content? She faces criticism for it
Megan Fox recently announced she has launched an exclusive paid-content channel on Subs.com. The Jennifer's Body star said whatever she shares on the platform will not be available anywhere else. The site will give her subscribers access to "message and experience a more personal side" of her. The actress set her subscription fee at USD 19.99 per month, which didn't sit right with some people.
Redditors discussed the almost USD 20 subscription amount, with many sharing the move was not something they expected of the 40-year-old Megan. For the unversed, the usual subscription price on OnlyFans reportedly ranges between USD 4.99 and USD 14.99, and Subs seemed like a very similar platform, co-founded by one of the brains behind OnlyFans, Tim Stokely.
Regarding Megan's Subs content, a Reddit user shared a screenshot of one of her pay-per-view posts, which was priced at USD 88. Many thought the amount Megan Fox was charging, given her celebrity status, was a bit too much, and bashed her for alleged greed. "Looks like the bills are actually THAT high," a Redditor wrote. Another replied, "There's no way she's that desperate for money, right? Transformers residuals? Alimony and child support from her rich ex?"
They doubled down on the scathing attack by writing, "I can't help but feel like ol' Meg just doing this for the heck (aka attention) of it…since she can't get any real acting work to be seen." Many were critical of Megan Fox's latest move in general, wondering if she was shifting to the exclusive-content business to stay relevant. "It was only a matter of time; this is the inevitable end for women in the Hollywood industry who spend their whole lives trying to pander to the male gaze instead of breaking the cycle," wrote an online user.
They also predicted that many youngsters like Sydney Sweeney would follow Megan, saying, "it's not going to be any different for Sydney once she stops being young enough to hold their interest." Some others compared her with Denise Richard and wrote, "Reminds me of Denise Richards. Now she promotes her OF alongside her daughter, and it's kinda sad. Like girl, you could absolutely marry a rich old man if you want the money."
Megan Fox shared the reason for her Subs.com venture
Megan wants to control the public narrative around her by herself. In a press release Page Six obtained, she said women are told visibility is power while someone else holds the audience, image, or platform. The actress now wants to see what happens when a woman owns all three. In her words:
"Women have spent decades being told that visibility is power while someone else owns the platform, the audience or the image. I'm interested in what happens when women own all three."
